That I still did not receive my refund
Queda al final de la calle principal de Punda después del letrero "Yo amo a Curazao", cerca a la estación de buses de Punda, por si vienes en bus desde el aeropuerto. Nos dejaron botellitas de agua, café y aromaticas. El alojamiento cuenta con horno microondas pero no hay estufa y en el baño había agua caliente. El hervidor no nos funcionó. Nos hicieron limpieza a la habitación y nos dejaron toallas suficientes y elementos de aseo. Al frente del hotel, después de una construcción, hay una playa pequeña de arena fina. Como llegamos tarde ya estaba cerrada la tienda más cercana, pues atienden hasta las 7 de la noche y tuvimos que ir a Otrobanda por un garrafón de agua.
El hervidor no funcionó. Si bien hay horno microondas, sería bueno contar con una estufa de al menos un puesto.
Ubicación muy buena. El personal de recepción correcto. Limpieza más o menos. El guardia con el que tratamos el primer día, un mal educado.

A localização do hotel é fantástica, sendo que o tamanho e estrutura do quarto é muito boa e a cozinha ajuda muito.
O banheiro cheirava um pouco de mofo e o quando chegamos o quarto não estava 100% limpo, havia bastante cabelo no chão que não foi retirado.

Location, parking is 10 usd per day, but you can park at the building at the room level.
No beach towels on first day ( but manager found a solution). Lack of cups at the kitchen, no cups at bathroom, no face/hand towels. No remote control for TV, on third visit to room to check it, they had to take it from another room.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente y el personal muy agradable , solo que la limpieza de las habitaciones muy mal , nos faltó papel de baño, café , las toallas muy viejas, pero son detalles si vas a dormir y ya es oki , el hotel tiene las mejores vistas y estás en el corazón de la isla, volveré solo por la ubicación además cuando le hable a una chica de limpieza fue muy agradable y nos limpió y nos repuso todo ,
