Verschrikkelijk en vies
Pros:

De locatie was heel dichtbij het centrum en beschikbaarheid van strandhanddoeken was fijn voor stranddagen.

Cons:

Alles buiten de locatie en handdoeken. De deuren naar de kamers zijn open. Het complex grenst aan een openbare parkeergarage iedereen kan zomaar naar binnen. Daarnaast rook de kamer muf en de wc naar urine. Schoonmaak was ontzettend slecht we troffen de kamer vies aan bij aankomst. Overal haar op de vloer en stof. Veel schimmels in de douche en haar. Er ligt een kaart voor de vraag schone lakens maar hier doen ze niks mee. Het raam stond naast de uitlaat van 4 ventilatoren. Na meerdere meldingen bij de receptie kregen we een andere kamer met upgrade. Deze kamer voldeed iets meer aan onze verwachtingen maar was nog steeds slecht en vies. Er werd gewoon niet schoongemaakt. Sommige personeelsleden zijn erg klantonvriendelijk en onbeschoft. Zo hebben ze ons meerdere keren in een vieze kamer laten slapen omdat de schoonmaak naar huis was na terugkomst van een dag. Een keer werd ons gezegd dat de lakens schoon zijn na een paar nachten en dat als we vlekken maakten we moesten betalen! De balkondeur kon niet goed dicht waardoor kakkerlakken naar binnen kwamen. Dit kwam totaal niet overeen met de reviews en fotos.

La atención de Zaina la supervisora, que nos ayudó a cambiar de habitación.

Cons:

En la hab 207 una cama tenía los resortes casi afuera , fué pesimo.Las almohadas muy duras .Luego nos cambiamos a la 407 y estuvo muy bien.

It was Great and Fantastic. Looking forward to come back.
Pros:

It was Great staying with the whole family(4) there. We bought groceries at the supermarket and ate every morning and afternoon. We made use of water heaters and microwaves. Nice vieuw every morning, evening and allso music at night. There was laundry next to us that we made use of and also parking was easy on our own floor.

Cons:

Not that we didn't like it but the kitchen trashcan was too small so the bath water would switch from pouring down to suddenly starting pouring from the top.

Een echte aanrader. Schitterende accomodatie en zeer klantgerichte personeel.
Pros:

Veilig parkeergelegenheid. Ruime kamer. Attente personeel. Zeer behulpzaam.

Cons:

Via Booking.com ging er iets mis. Ik had niet gezien dat Booking.com verkeerde datum had gereserveerd. Ik moest dubbel betalen. Ik vraag me af of Booking.com mij een refund geeft. Een vergissing van Booking.com moest ik dubbel betalen. Ben een vaste klant. Het zou klantvriendelijk zijn om dit te kunnen terugdraaien. Dit lag niet aan het hotel zoals ik het begreep.
