They don't stick to their word on prices-WATCH OUT-they charge more on your credit card once you leave
Pros:

It was nice, but a LOT of constructuon

Cons:

They are trying to charge me MORE than what was originally stated for my stay, and it is a difference of $200. Also, The maids walked in on us when we had a 1pm checkout…BAD COMMUNICATION within the workers I think.

Stay for concert at Mystic Lake amphitheater
Pros:

The location was perfect for attending a show at the new Mystic Lake amphitheater and they provide a shuttle bus which is amazing. My room was absolutely gorgeous with an incredible view. The bed was very comfortable and the room was so big and spacious. I love all the features like the electronic blinds and sheers and the complementary pop and water that was in the refrigerator. The bathroom is huge as well. The staff were friendly, although they didn’t do a great job of always having information to answer questions, but there is a lot going on at the hotel currently.

Cons:

The construction definitely creates a maze and difficulty navigating the hotel at times. Some of the staff didn’t appear to have answers to questions about where to go to get certain things done, which was disappointing but overall they still were nice.

The bartenders they were definitely honest about the venue and were not to go!!

Cons:

Walked around for a hr to hotel as the staff didn’t know we’re we were staying! Place is under contraction hopefully it improves! Night life was amazing
