到着後はとても快適でした。
Pros:

建物が新しく、センスが良くてきれいだった。スタッフは親切で、朝食も充実していた。

Cons:

シカゴ・オヘア国際空港からシャトルバスを利用する予定だったが、Terminal 5前のシャトルバス乗り場にバスが来ないため、ホテルに電話したところ、繋がらなかった。何度も電話したが、コール音が鳴らないようだった。おそらく、別の場所に行けば乗れたのだと思うが、電話で教えてもらうことができず、仕方なくタクシーを利用した。電話が繋がるようになっていると良かったと思う。

I didn’t enjoy my stay there.
Pros:

The breakfast was just ok

Cons:

I didn’t like the driver of the airport drop off. He broke my luggage. And the company as not done anything about it.

Everything was nice, clean and quiet...I'll definitely return for another stay

Cons:

It was only one elevator working and it was really busy so of course it took the elevator forever. Other than that everything was good.
