Great stay with excellent location and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location with friendly staff and tons of options for food and entertainment. On and off the interstate in a few minutes, but tucked away in a quiet area. Also a bonus was the large amount of available parking spaces. Great value for a great stay!

Cons:

The only knock I could give is that the AC in the room created humidity, but it wasn't a huge deal. Probably just needs servicing.

A very nice stay
Pros:

Hotel is clean and nice, free shuttle bus is a great facility.
across the street there are some restaurants and a walking distance (12-15Min.) to CTA blue line.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Our stay was pleasant and we would return
Pros:

The breakfast was just an ok kind of bland. And close to closing time a few people complained that the items would be filled up again for the customers.

Cons:

The one day I personally spoke to housekeeper with instructions on cleaning our room, as well as I told the front desk worker. And once we returned to our room that night, our room had never received any cleaning services. The next shift clerk agreed to compensate a comp for our troubles.
