When we arrived Couldn't find one of those carts to put or luggage on to take it to our room at the time to check out it seems like they only have 2 at the facility

Size of bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast. Proximity to different restaurants.
Noise from the AC (maintenance said all rooms have this noisy system), fridge and mirror that rattles from the vibrations from the next-door AC. Shower takes 2 minutes to get warm, every time. New television wasn't programmed yet, so controls didn't work. Cleaning crew opened door without knocking SEVEN times on the morning of check-out (1x should have been enough).

That the hot tub wasn’t working. We were hoping my husband could use it after running the marathon and was told it was out of service for over 3 weeks now.
