It was a home away from home.
Pros:

Very clean, had all the essentials handy, a friend forgot a toothbrush. The staff had simple extras on hand free of charge. It was very, very comfortable, we loved the dining on site. Made it so convenient so we didn’t have to leave the property.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say about the property but rather a small suggestion, providing a dark colored washcloth for face would be nice gesture. I accidentally forgot my make up wipes, having that would have been helpful. I felt bad using the white washcloth.

Dated hotel, subpar service
Pros:

This hotel has large, spacious rooms, but they are dated and uninviting. Breakfast was the only high point.

My room had an unpleasant smell because of a mildewed shower curtain that permeated the entire space. I requested a fresh one, and was told a note would be left for housekeeping. However, that did not alleviate the problem as I was only staying one night.

When we arrived around 8pm, the front desk was unattended and we had to wait several minutes for service.

Overall, my experience with the cleanliness of the room and my interactions with staff were very disappointing.

The room was terrible door from left bing area to bathroom was annoying and awkward placement would book that room again. Hard to believe you call that a king premium room.
