Great location, wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful! The lobby has a nice atmosphere and all was just really good
Pros:

The location of it is great! Very close to the underground station. As well as convenience stores and cafes. The way to the hotel a breeze and it’s facing the main street so it’s easy to spot!

Cons:

Nothing really. Everything was really good. We had a pleasant stay.

Overall good experience but can be further improved.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

A little small sized for a family room. The air conditioner was not functioning well (went upto 26.5 degrees C), I had to call up the engineer several times. Breakfast timing can be extended to 10am on weekdays too, for the convenience of a tourist :)

Ihana hotelli. Mukava palvelu. Täydellinen vedenpaine suihkussa. Hotellin ympäristössä myös mukavasti ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Yöbussilla pääsi kätevästi Hongdaesta yöllä hotellille.

Cons:

Pinnat hieman kuluneet, mutta ei minua haitannut yhtään.

Small disappointment, when we first entered our allocated room I went to use the toilet and found whatever it was in the toilet not flushed…

Wir immer liebevolles Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück (superpreis). Top Lage. Man erreicht einfach alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Seoul innerhalb 30 Minuten

Cons:

- Mauvais encaissement lors du checkin, on a été prévenu seulement lors du check out, ce qui nous a mis en retard.
- Emplacement proche du métro, mais globalement loin du centre de Séoul
- l’hôtel était cher comparé à d’autre hôtel que nous avions pu faire lors de notre voyage, pour une qualité des chambres réduite (plus petites chambres et lits)
Je ne considère pas cet hôtel comme un 4 étoiles

Naprosto skvělé ubytování.
Pros:

Snídaně byly naprosto fajn, nic mi nechybělo, možná trochu více druhů ovoce. Pokoj byl perfektní, koupelna a záchod fantastický, čistota skvělá, úklid a doplňování vody perfektní a postel byla neuvěřitelně pohodlná, jak matrace, tak peřina, tak polštáře. To WC by si zasloužilo vlasní recenzi. ;-)
