La ubicación es inmejorable, pero oportunidades de mejora en atención al cliente y limpieza.

La ubicación, que está frente al mall, es sin duda su mayor y mejor atributo

Cons:

Reservé hace mucho 2 piezas para mi grupo familiar y recién al momento de darme las llaves del cuarto (horas después de que hice el check in y pago completo) recién me avisaron que los cuartos estaban en pisos diferentes, dejando a mi madre mayor de edad en un piso sola. Reclamé y nadie me dio atención ni solución.
Tampoco me gustó que la limpieza es solo día por medio.

Ubicación inmejorable! Cruzando la calle del Dolphin Mall, muy conveniente para hacer compras!
El personal muy amable, desayuno incluido y botellas de agua gratis!

Cons:

La habitación se sintió poco cuidada. El baño es viejo, con remiendos. Las sábanas arrugadas y el cubrecamas desgastado. La limpieza no era la mejor, encontramos cabellos ajenos en varias ocasiones.

Alışveriş yapmak istediğimiz için dolphin mall’ a yürüyüş mesafesinde olduğu için tercih ettik. Oda geniş ve mutfak kısmı (biz pek kullanmasak da ) yeterli.

Cons:

2 grup kahvaltı istasyonu var. Bizim konaklamamıza ait kahvaltı bölümü diğerine göre oldukça yetersizdi. Meyveler taze değildi. Seçenek çok azdı. Günlük oda fiyatı yüksek
