Pros:

The location is within walking distance from Dolphin Mall. Miami International Mall is a short distance away. Perfect location for shopping. They are willing to hold packages for you for a small fee and will hold your bags before and after checkout. The front desk staff are lovely.

Cons:

There was a smell in the hallways. The ice machine was spotty.

Zimmergröße, Nähe zur Dolphin Mall und zum Miami Airport, allgemeiner Zustand des Hotels

Cons:

Plastikbesteck und Geschirr aus Styropor beim Frühstück, Sauberkeit eigentlich ok aber in der Dusche befanden sich Haare, die definitiv nicht von uns kamen, Öffnungszeiten des Pools waren nicht angegeben und er schloss für US-Verhältnisse sehr früh um 20 Uhr, so konnte man nach dem Shopping nicht mehr baden gehen.

Spacious layout of the room. Wonderfull matress and excellent pillows.All personal interaction especially the front desk was thorough. Not slimmy but REAL.and very helpful

The complimetary breakfast is really below any standards. Served on a plastic plate with little plastic knife, fork and spoon.!!! Like when you buy food in the street i Also the choice of food was very simplistic every day scramled eggs with hardly any variety in the past 5 days never nice fresh bread and crispy croissants. Perhaps your cook can come a few days here in Trinidad and
Then go for breakfast in our Hilton hotel in Port of Spain.. That is such a great experience and they also beat the breakfast in the local Hyatt on the waterfront in POS.So do something about that breafast!!! It is a disgrace compared to everything else the hotel has to offer.
