Excelente, voltaria com certeza. Atendimento de qualidade.
Pros:

Localização próxima de tudo, estamos perto do miolo turístico. Outlets, Universal, Lojas…
O atendimento do pessoal do hotel é fenomenal, eles entendem muito português pois tem muitos brasileiros que se hospedam ali.

Cons:

Tivemos um problema com a tranca do quarto, mas eles conseguiram resolver prontamente. E o box do banheiro não veda a passagem de água muito bem o que ocasiona de molhar o chão. Outra coisa é a limpeza do apartamento só ser de 3 em 3 dias. Ficamos 6 diárias, então só foi limpo uma vez.

Pros:

Hotel fica na frente do Dolphin Mall. Quarto bem espaçoso, confortável. Só não tem café da manhã incluso e para pedir ficava muito caro pois somos 4. Achamos melhor comer lá perto.

Perfect stay for one night when arriving or leaving Miami
Pros:

Although the hotel is somewhat dated, its proximity to Dolphin Mall is definitely a major advantage. As we only stayed for one night, we unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to fully enjoy all the hotel’s amenities, such as the pool and fitness center. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the breakfast service met our expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The bathroom is quite dated, and the shower fittings were rather noisy.
