I had an extremely Long day - very tired wanted to rest well - power issue made the rest a bit rough
Pros:

Happy about the location which is great - Breakfast spread was good - Check out process was handled extremely well Check in was Okay -

Cons:

left confused - no water in the room when i checked in - Only after asking on chat i was told there should have been complimentary water bottle, that clearly was not provided - Unfortunate power outage in the middle of the night caused suffocation as there is no ventilation except for the AC - Food choice provided in Room Service wasn't great - I didn't like the preferential / biased treatment to guests at the Breakfast Counter - Property response time to queries during an emergency was Un Real - they seemed to struggle during minor emergency, as simple as a power failure.

My preferred location for short stays in Bangalore.
Pros:

Affordable and pleasant stay for a premium location. Check-in was smooth and the service overall was excellent.

Cons:

It gets quite noisy during evenings in the weekend because of the location. Would help if the rooms are better insulated from noise.
