الموقع سيء والفندق غير نظيف ابدا ولا يوجد به لويي الاقامه كانت سيئة جدا بالاضافه الى الازعاج من داخل الفندق وهذا المكان لا يعتبر فندق اساسا ولا يتسم بصفات الفندقة

Pros:

The stuff was were warm and helpful. There was always coffee and tea in the reception. The room were the same as the pictures.

Cons:

The bathroom and toilet needs complete renovation. The trrace is the best part of the hotel with good view but it need cleaning.
The hotel doesn't serve breakfast.

Une équipe fantastique qui a contribué à faire de ce séjour à Istanbul un souvenir inoubliable!
Pros:

Cet établissement est idéalement placé pour une visite du cœur historique d’Istanbul! Tout peut se faire à pieds :-)) la tour Galata est à 5mn.
Son atout numéro 1 reste la qualité de son accueil ! Semih et son équipe ont été aux petits soins pendant mon séjour que ce soit pour des choses aussi banales que trouver un taxi pour l’aéroport ou pour la suggestion de visites un peu moins usine à touristes que celles proposées par les guides. Nous avons eu de super discussions sur la vie locale, la géopolitique turque etc ….. nous avons regardé la finale de foot ensemble :-)) Bref j’avais plus l’impression d’être chez des amis qu’à l’hôtel!
Ce séjour restera longtemps gravé dans ma mémoire. D’autant qu’Istanbul est par ailleurs une ville magique !

Un refugio ideal para recorrer Estambul a pie
Pros:

Excelente estadía en Perla Galata Hotel. Su ubicación es uno de sus mayores atributos: permite recorrer cómodamente a pie la zona de Galata, Karaköy e Istiklal, con muy buena conexión al resto de Estambul mediante tranvía, ferry y metro.

Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalismo de todo el personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa y a brindar recomendaciones útiles para aprovechar la ciudad. La atención fue cálida, eficiente y genuina, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos desde el primer momento.

Además de la comodidad de las habitaciones y el ambiente agradable del hotel, valoramos mucho el apoyo recibido para organizar traslados y resolver consultas propias de un viaje internacional. Sin duda, una excelente opción para quienes buscan una ubicación estratégica, atención de calidad y una experiencia auténtica en Estambul. Muy recomendable.

Pros:

the locatioin, friendly staff and room size were great. room is close to road, but at least basement duplex rooms were not affected that much by sounds, easy to sleep

Cons:

mostly all was good, the only thing was some dirt on floor, like women hair etc, that probably were left by previous guest or cleaning service
