Pros:

Avoir un balcon, c’est agréable

Cons:

La vue sur le parking ce n’est pas ce qu’on souhaite de mieux 😉. Les mégots de cigarettes qui jonchaient l’avant toit devant notre balcon, n’etait pas un beau spectacle, mais ça c’est de la faute des clients malhonnêtes!!!

Gestione del cliente da migliorare e tempi di attesa troppo lunghi

La colazione a buffet offriva una scelta soddisfacente. Nota positiva per la posizione vicina alla spiaggia.

Cons:

​Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte pagando 120 euro per due persone: una cifra a fronte della quale ci aspettavamo servizi e attenzioni ben diversi.

Purtroppo l'esperienza non è iniziata nel migliore dei modi: appena entrati in camera ci siamo accorti che il letto era sfondato. Essendo molto stanchi per il viaggio, abbiamo subito segnalato il problema in reception per poterci riposare il prima possibile.
​Purtroppo, nonostante i solleciti, abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di due ore in camera prima che la situazione venisse verificata e ci venisse finalmente assegnata un'altra stanza (identica alla prima).

Ci è dispiaciuto molto perdere l'intero pomeriggio nel limbo, soprattutto perché al momento del cambio camera non abbiamo ricevuto nemmeno una parola di scuse per il disagio.

​A questo si aggiunge che la piscina era inutilizzabile per manutenzione (disagio che ci era stato comunicato via mail, ma che comunque toglie valore al soggiorno).

​Per il resto, la pulizia della stanza e la colazione a buffet erano norma, senza particolari note di merito o demerito.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno penalizzato da una gestione dell'imprevisto decisamente troppo lenta.

Buona posizione per dormire una notte dopo un concerto allo stadio di Ancona. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale gentile

Struttura ferma agli anni 70. Nelle camere si sente ancora l’odore di fumo rimasto da anni. Letto ancora con materasso a molle

La struttura ha bisogno di una cura maggiore, e di una notevole manutenzione e ristrutturazione. Pareti della camera sporche, bagno con soffitto scrostato, soffione della doccia piena di calcare, sapone lavabo e doccia poco agevole, locale colazione poco climatizzato, servizio colazione da rivedere ma non per il personale che fa del suo meglio (c'è poco personale, bisogna andare al bar a ordinare e portare al tavolo la caffetteria). Sicuramente una volta era una struttura migliore ma sembra lasciata andare da tempo.
