Only here for a few days, and found everyone very pleasant and helpful. I would happily stay here again and rexcommend t
Pros:

Easy to find; short walk to the train and bus terminals; supermarket opinions close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. In house breakfast was great and that had aircon. Staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant.
Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

No kettle; no shower screen - couldn’t have a normal standing shower without drowning the bathroom in spray and no plug, so couldn’t run a bath. Otherwise clean could comfortably make do.

Moldy stay at the hotel that hides information about construction on their property
Pros:

Location because it was comfortable to reach both airports as main station was in the area

Cons:

There is construction/ renovation happening in the hotel and hotel informed about this only after paying for the hotel several days before arrival even though we had a reservation for over a month. What is more- there were several areas of mold in the bathroom and this is concerning

Strategic location value for money great breakfast and comfy large room with elevator
Pros:

Breakfast is amazing amazing amazing! Location is great, just an around 100 meter walk from Termini station on the right side so opposite of where McDonald’s via Giolitti is. Just 1 block away from the station, so the hotel is exactly on the second block after you pass by Nazarene ristorante and other businesses. It’s near everything. Staffs are amazingly friendly, takes care of your needs. Breakfast manager guy is amazing and breakfast has a vast variety of food, and very delicious also! We come in July so AC was so much needed and they have that, thank God

Cons:

Location of elevator is not directly in the front where reception is so you have to maneuver around inside the building but my luggage is heavy so it was hard to maneuver but at least they do have lift unlike other hotels in Rome!
Some parts of the hotel depending on your room number, also has a small staircase you still need to climb up after the elevator elevator and/or push luggage on a rubber ramp. Room key has a heavy metal thingy attached to it so it’s a bit heavy to carry but you can leave it with the receptionist whenever you go out, if you want.
Be informed that you have to pay €7.50 per person per night even a child for the city tax so prepare some cash/card for that

Very unhappy and will complain as we had to book another accommodation and left straight away

Cons:

The minute our family walked in, we were wondering if we were in the wrong hotel! Old fashioned, steps to get to the rooms while carrying heavy big bags with out children. The room was very outdated with some signs of damp

La cercana ubicación del lugar donde se celebraba el congreso al que asistí.

Cons:

Hotel excesivamente antiguo, necesitado de reforma. Cierto olor a rancio y varios insectos subiendo por las paredes de la habitación.

Las habitaciones no son lo que aparecen en foto. Ducha con bañera sin protecion, para bagnarte necesutas ayuda de otra persona. Ascensor muy lejos de lobby.

Pros:

Location! Kindly staff, free luggage storage. AC and excellent toiletries. Free slippers!

Cons:

Everything in the bathroom was just a little broken. The breakfast was okay but carb heavy. Lots of baked goods. I missed more fruit and some hot proteins . The juice was not juice.

A szobánk berendezése kissé puritán volt.
