Wast of money. I could not work without wifi. AC is not good condition

Pros:

The hotel receptionist (I believe his name is Karthik) was very kind and helpful. The location is conveniently close to my workplace, with easy access to nearby restaurants. It's a decent place to stay, though you shouldn't expect the amenities of a large hotel

Cons:

At the time of booking, it was mentioned that breakfast was included. However, the hotel does not have a restaurant. To avoid confusion for future guests, it would be helpful to remove the breakfast option from the listing

It was okay, wouldn't suggest unless you really have no other option
Pros:

The room was clean, toilet was clean

Cons:

There weren't basic necessities like toothbrush, toothpaste etc.,
Hot water wasn't available at needed times,
No space to keep the bags and clothes
Mirror was placed in a weird place,hard to use
Bedspread was worn off
Door lock was half broken
The telephone in the room doesn't work.

Pleasant staff, but no in house breakfast.
Pros:

Hotel is good and at better location. Staff is also pleasant. However, no in-house food facility, thus breakfast also not in-house. Being outsourced, breakfast is limited and without tea-coffee. Toiletries have not been given daily and also no newspaper. Not value for money w.r.t. present tariff.

Hotel nearby tambaram sanatorium. No in house restaurant nor good restaurants nearby. Suitable for business travel n stay. Staff response time low. However, they were courteous and pleasing.

Hotel met the requirements well.
Pros:

I was in Chennai for a day to attend counselling session for my daughter at SRM University, Kattankulathur Campus. I wanted a budget room, but neat and clean and comfortable for this purpose. Expedia / OYO provided me with this opportunity. However, the check-in / out times were odd, 8 Am to 7 AM, which means actually one night or 12 hrs. I had to get in touch with OYO reps to keep my luggage at the reception, else I was being charged for another day.

The room was exactly as pictured, neat, clean. The hotel is walkable from Tambaram Sanatoroim Rly Stn, which connects to Potheri Rly Stn (for SRM Univ) in about 40 min, costing Rs 5 one way (II class) Rs 10/- (I class). Very conveniant, no traffic to manage.

Pl check the check-in/out timings as per your itenarary so that this confusion is avoided.
