Lovely hotel beautifully designed and great food
Pros:

Location was amazing - staff were great and food was outstanding.

Cons:

Nothing really. The rooms were really warm but the fan provided helped and we already knew there was no air con as it was in the hotel details.

Staff and Owner were just amazing and wonderfully welcoming of us and our new Beagle, Bonnie.
Rooms with balcony overlooking the water - truely amazing and wonderful. Lovely comfy beds and pillow.
Paid for doggy, but got a bed, blanket, treats, poo bags, water bowls and a towel - great & would definitely come and stay again. Food was lovely. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike - it was AMAZING.

So good I would definitely stay again .
Pros:

It was great being by the water and watching the boats going by , having breakfast outside, the bed room was very clean modern and comfortable.

Pleasant one night stay in beautiful Wroxham.
Pros:

excellent breakfast with amusing but efficient Italian waiter. Food quality was excellent. Room was warm but the fan was efficient. Fast check in and check out the next day.

Cons:

Lack of a lift might be a problem in future.
