Excellent waitress at breakfast (had glasses), very efficient and friendly. Great food too.
Loved the biscuit and selection of teas and water - and all complimentary. Nice touch.
Receptionist a bit hasty in showing us around and not actually listening for our answers to our questions but otherwise very good.
The exterior of the building doesn't do justice to the interior. We liked the room, the comfy beds and soft pillows. The large walk-in shower was powerful. The dining room had views of the Marina. The food we chose off the menu was tasty, reasonably priced and the service good. The breakfast was ample with a range of hot dishes as well as the continental options. I had a kipper from Lowestoft which was very tasty. There were four destination EV chargers in the car park, ideal for our car.
Can't think of anything but perhaps the excess of cushions with which they dress the beds. Why do hotels do this? What is the purpose of them all?
We loved the location of the hotel and having a room with a balcony was a bonus. Everything was very clean and the bed was. Very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant dtay
It's a shame there isn't a lift. At the moment we manage the stairs ok so not such a problem.

Well from arrival and meeting the fantastic Enrique who was so helpful, it’s been a perfect stay!
What a joy, a G&T on arrival, a nightcap on the private balcony followed by the best nights sleep, quiet and very comfortable 💤
Lovely bathroom with everything you need and more, then down for a SUPERB breakfast served by the very attentive Lisa.
Also briefly met the lady at the top that makes it all happen, great people - fantastic hotel! - THANK YOU ALL 😊

The furnishings, lots of comfortable seating area around bar and in Restaurant. Very smart. Great position on the broads and outside seating. Two great singers on Friday evening.
