Great location along the river, handy for walking into town.

Restaurant prices high, price increased so much since our last meal there, we were so looking forward to using the restaurant but not at these prices! Bar prices extortionate, just walk for less than 5 minutes & drinks etc virtually half price! Same nice views so no brainer!

Breakfast was fine. Location was excellent.
No lift and had to carry cases upstairs this could be an issue with disabilities. although it was extra warm/hot the property itself especially upstairs was very uncomfortable with the heat due to lack of any calling except a fan which just pushed the hot air around the room. Temperature was 29-30°. The bathroom temperature was 34° and the fan in the bathroom what the smallest I have ever seen. Also, the staffing wasn’t adequate for the people that just dropped in also to have meals, et cetera.

We found the staff really friendly and the hotel had taken note of our request sent with the booking. The room was well equipped very clean and comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were freshly prepared and good quality.
Its a tricky place to find on your first visit that could be fixed by a bigger clear sign on the entrance road.
breakfast was disappointing. coffee cold. continental breakfast was terrible. had poached eggs on toast which were hard. staff not attentive.
