Not recommended at all specially, if you have a kids with you
Pros:

Dirty room dirty toilet bad temperature inside the room kids struggle to sleep all night😣 and the worst thing is the charge me 20 pound extra for kid under two

Cons:

You have to pay an extra £10 to pay on site, after 9pm there is no one at the reception until morning, no breakfast option, no baby cots available, no toiletries whatsoever in the bathroom apart from some cheap hand soap.

I’m not happy there is too hot room small slowly fan for 5 people is not good not tv remote

Nothing good facilitates to hot room. Haven’t ace room and haven’t air room windows is some problem .me and my family specially kids is bery fed up and upset .including internet was not working

Pros:

I saw bad reviews and before I arrived I thought why did I rent, but when I arrived I was very pleased with what I saw. The room was very clean, the shower was clean, it smelled very nice, it was completely quiet, very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I saved the location and we will definitely go there again next time. It was exceptional, I recommend it with confidence.

Cons:

Tv controls not working, we left our door key in the room, tried to ring management, from 3.30am until 9.30.befor we could get back in the room, so paid for a room but couldn't sleep I'n it, had to sleep in car outside.. There was no milk or sugar to make tea,, I could go on, but it has upset my partner n myself.

Outdated and lacking in the basics you expect at any hotel

Not much to like I'm afraid to say

Cons:

Room stank of cigarettes. I had my children with me so was not ideal. They couldn't offer an alternative room and suggested to use a fan to clear the smell. We only stayed one night and when we left it still smelled of cigarette smoke.

There was no iron or hairdryer and there were no toiletries in the bathroom. Not even toilet roll. No cups or cutlery for tea or coffee. No fridge in the room either.
