L'accueil, le personnel est très aimable et souriant. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée. L'emplacement est également très appréciable.
Le seul bémol concerne la douche. Les joints du bas sont à refaire (ils sont noirs). La pression de la douche n' est pas assez importante. Sinon, rien d'autres. Ce n'est d'ailleurs pas que je n' ai pas apprécié, c'est plus un conseil.

It was clean, great location, everything we needed
It was very noisy, it’s like the windows are not closed, it is in a busy area and friday and saturday it’s noisy and we had trouble going to sleep

Area around hotel is a bit too dark during the night, however doesn't appear to be dangerous at all
Superhea asukohaga armas väike butiikhotell. Personal on väga abivalmis ja sõbralik. Hommikusöök toodi kandikul, väga hea kvaliteediga kohalik toit. Ainsana tundsime puudust korralikust kohvist, aga seda jõime lähedal asuvates kohvikutes. Tuba oli avar, funktsionaalne ja hubane. Tuleksin rõõmuga tagasi.
Tänavapoolses toas on väga palju müra, kui öösel akent lahti hoida - hotelli vastas asuva poekese kaubaautod käivad enne südaööd ning kauba laadimisprotsess koos poejuhataja jutuga on väga vali. See ei ole küll hotelli viga, aga ise eelistaksin järgmisel korral hoovipoolset tuba.

Ψυγείο δεν λειτουργεί μόνο όταν είσαι στο δωμάτιο με κάρτα ρεύματος οπότε δεν προλαβαινε να κάνει ψύξη.
Odseli smo u Junior Suite-u i imamo samo reči hvale. Soba je predivna – čista, prostrana, udobna i veoma svetla. Sve je bilo besprekorno i zaista zaslužuje najviše ocene.
Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek spremno da pomogne. Posebno nas je oduševilo što razmišljaju unapred o potrebama gostiju i trude se da boravak učine što prijatnijim.
Krevet je izuzetno udoban, a jastuci savršeni za kvalitetan odmor i dobar san.
Lokacija hotela ne može biti bolja – nalazi se na manje od pet minuta hoda od pešačke zone i čuvene ulice Istiklal, kao i na svega nekoliko minuta od šarmantnog i umetničkog kvarta Cihangir, poznatog po prelepim kafićima, restoranima i barovima.
Metro, autobus, tramvaj i trajekt nalaze se u neposrednoj blizini hotela, pa je kretanje po gradu veoma jednostavno i praktično korišćenjem javnog prevoza.
Oduševljeni smo i smeštajem i osobljem i rado bismo ponovo odseli ovde prilikom sledeće posete Istanbulu. 😊
