Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Rooms feel very tired, not a particularly warm greeting on check in. The staff in west light are VERY rude. Wouldn’t even go there!

Run down hotel which isn’t well maintained. Overpriced. Avoid.

Cons:

Dirty, very shabby, needs updating, pool closed unnecessarily early in the season. Gym is tiny and extremely dirty. Elevators are small, creaky and slow. At check out i was charged for many mini bar items which I didnt consume and had to make a complaint.

Disappointing
Cons:

I booked there for the top floor bar with scenic views. When I went to go to the bar it was closed for an event. It is listed as an amenity of the hotel but was not available. I also think I was overcharged double.

Good place for a last minute stay due to a flight cancelled. Close to LGA

Nice staycation great views and restaurants.

Cons:

Pool time limit for hotel guest. The cost of 3 hours for the pool after check out is way too high and needs to be reconfigured or lunch and non alcoholic drinks need to be added to justify high price.
