A place to crash in a great (but changing) location.
Pros:

I know this hotel well. I have stayed there a lot. I use it because it is such a good position. Very short walk to restaurants, shopping and great art galleries. I knew exactly what i would be getting. I would describe it as "a place to crash"

Cons:

The rooms are always, well, "functional" good bed, decent shower, TV all in a small space. That's OK. And the prices is unbeatable for this area. But the area is the problem. It is changing a lot. Roppongi is losing its charm. The quirky bars and restaurants have gone. The place has had a facelift. I'll be looking for somewhere else next time.

Good location
Pros:

I stayed here for the second time. The hotel is located very close to the metro station, shops, and restaurants.

Cons:

The elevator was slow, and it was busy, especially around check-out and cleaning time. It was hard to maneuver around the cleaning equipment in the morning. I did not like seeing all the mess the cleaning stuff made in the corridor.

It's an APA hotel small but very much functional
Pros:

Was super nice location, dead center in tokyo short way to all the tourist spots and the subway is maybe 20 meters away. I stayed on the 12th floor so i had a nice view aswell.

Cons:

It's an APA hotel be prepared that it's small and u can barely open the suitcase on the floor.
