Everything is good

The location in Thamel, down the lane, the room size, great buffet breaky, and attached garden cafe/ restaurant
The room had a horrible smell in it that was disguised by mothballs. Appeared to be coming from the bathroom service duct. Other than the smell in this Mountain view room, it was very satisfactory, more a 7 than the 9.5 we read but not sure how the scoring is graded after this survey experience.
Café da manhã, localização
We have stayed in many hotels back home in New Zealand, including larger chain hotels, but the warmth and personal hospitality here felt much more genuine. The staff remembered our preferences, greeted us with smiles, and made us feel truly welcome every day.
The hotel itself was very clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere had a relaxed charm that reminded us of boutique lodges in New Zealand, but with even friendlier service. After busy days exploring Kathmandu, it was lovely to return somewhere that felt calm and comfortable.
Apsara Boutique Hotel gave us a memorable experience.
Nice boutique hotel in Thamel with a central and convenient location. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hot shower had good pressure and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty and hygienic. We also booked the airport transfer service, and everything was arranged smoothly.
A beautiful garden hotel in Thamel. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, lots of foreigners come in this area.
Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was filling, staff were friendly. Overall, a great stay.
Everything was perfect. People were friendly and helpful, food was delicious, room was spotless and spacious.
Excellent service from the hotel staff, they fulfill any request we had. The room was perfectly clean. We had our first meal in Nepal here, and we enjoyed it so much.
A beautifully decorated hotel. The room was clean and offered a nice view. Our family had a pleasant stay here.
We had a nice stay here. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff hospitality was excellent. The breakfast was hygienic and offered a good variety of items. We accidentally left a valuable item during check-out, and when we contacted the hotel, they assured us it would be kept safe. When we returned, everything was exactly as we left it. Many thanks to the hotel management for their honesty and care.
Nice and clean room with an amazing view. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The included breakfast was healthy and tasty. We had a special request for breakfast, and the staff gladly accommodated it, which we really appreciated.
家族で滞在しましたが、とても清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルで、安心して快適に過ごすことができました。
A beautiful boutique hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we ended up having all our meals there because we enjoyed it so much.
Our family had a great time here. It was one of my friend's recommendation. Thanks George.
Reasonable location, though very narrow access for any transport, if any other car is in the drive, there is no way to get in or out until the other one is gone.
Quite an old building and interiors. First thing that you get entering is strong smell of Naphthalene. Makes you wonder what they are up against here.
The room was not very clean, bathroom walls ans celling had quite a lot of cracks and plastering ready to fall down. There was a rug in the room that represented health and safety risk as it kept slipping on the plastic floor, so we had to remove it to avoid any incedents.
Breakfast selection was on a rather low-mediocre side with instant coffee and bread-like tasting pastries.
Even after 11 nights previously spent in guest houses on Annapurna circuit I would neve give this hotel a high rating.
We had a very pleasant stay here. The team was amazing and treated us with genuine care, just like family. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view. The food was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. Overall, it was one of our best stays.
One of the best hotel in Thamel. Saw very high rating on booking.com and booked it. Room was clean and amenities were working perfectly. The pressure of hot shower was great and the temperature of water was perfect.
The hotel is located well within Thamel, personnel was friendly, food in the outside restaurant area pretty descent
The hotel is old, rooms and amenities dated, not clean. First impression you get from entrance is hideous smell of naphthalene and old worn out everything - furniture, doors, elevator. The bed was old and uncomfortable, linen not fresh, bathroom really worn out and not fully clean, windows dusty, in need for the wash. We found another hotel and moved later after the city tour, didn’t stay for the night.
