Long stay with wheelchair needs.
Pros:

Bersihnya semua tempat, rasa selesa, rasa Selamat, bilik mandi yg luas selesa, baik budi bahasa staff Dan bilik yg selesa. Aircond perfect, cleaner terbaik, melayan je kami yg stay seminggu di sini, staff lelaki reception juga sgt sopan santun, memahami dan helpful, saya gembira. Rasa dihormati dan dihargai disini, thank you Palazzo.

Cons:

Nothing. Our room is facing outside with a window, room also equip with exhaust fan in the toilet, so the room smell nice.

Reasonably price and good for short few days stay to explore the area.
Pros:

Room and environment are reasonably clean.

Cons:

While on map it appears close to IOI mall but there is no clear pedestrian path to walk to the mall.

ok la untuk tidur semalaman. selesa. cuma perlu penambahbaikan segera terhadap komen yg diberikan.

lokasi.

Cons:

pintu tandas tak boleh dikunci (bilik 207-triple bed). pintu almari yang sudah rosak dan tercabut disandarkan sahaja ditepi almari. pintu bilik juga rosak (tiada tombol untuk kunci, hanya guna penyelak pintu). parking juga perlu berebut.
