Long stay with wheelchair needs.
Pros:

Bersihnya semua tempat, rasa selesa, rasa Selamat, bilik mandi yg luas selesa, baik budi bahasa staff Dan bilik yg selesa. Aircond perfect, cleaner terbaik, melayan je kami yg stay seminggu di sini, staff lelaki reception juga sgt sopan santun, memahami dan helpful, saya gembira. Rasa dihormati dan dihargai disini, thank you Palazzo.

Cons:

Nothing. Our room is facing outside with a window, room also equip with exhaust fan in the toilet, so the room smell nice.
