Aesthetically pleasing
Pros:

Lovely amenities and location. Also being able to have 6+ people in the room together was great.

Cons:

however, the jets in the bath were dirty so when they were turned on all black bits were floating in the bath. The shower needs a shower curtain, all of the bathroom was soaked. The £50 holding deposit PP was a shock and when staying with children probably not quite necessary.

Pros:

The location was good, the staff friendly and efficient and the room was huge, comfortable, clean and quiet.

Cons:

being short I couldn't see in to the bathroom mirror and a full length mirror in the bedroom would have been nice. I was rather overwhelmed by the huge luxury bath and over head shower and would have liked prior notice that it was part of my booking

Enjoyed your city especially everything to do with the Beatles

All of the above..the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see

Cons:

We had to park in the parking place behind the hotel and across the street as we didn't have a cell phone!!! I'm sorry but I still think things shouldn't be set up so that cell phone wasn't the only option. The parking costs were huge!!!

Pros:

Absolutely amazing break. Took our friend to celebrate her 80th birthday. Everyone so kind and helpful. Christine and staff serving breakfast was so so kind. Sheila was so overwhelmed by everything. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

Would have liked the roof top bar for a few cocktails, will be back during the warmer weather
