Great hotel and location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location for the city centre shops. The decor is pleasantly themed and the breakfast staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms are a great size with an abundance of room compared to most others. It also has parking underneath. There is a rooftop seating area which is lovely especially in the nice weather.

Cons:

The decor is a bit tatty in places and could do with a refurb especially in the hotel rooms, the wallpaper is peeling off and the bathroom needs some updating/tlc. The reception gave the incorrect time for breakfast so we had to wait 30 minutes. The parking is not included and paid £15 for 24 hours.

Pros:

Rooms were nice, staff were willing to seperate the double beds to single duvets. Easy check in and check out process.

Air conditioning was good and noise insulation was excellent.

Cons:

No issues with the stay. Everything was good.

A pleasent pre 60th stay.
Pros:

I loved the opulence

Cons:

we stayed in the Lmao room - which was gorgeous but the door to the shower definitely needs replacing now as it was grubby and so was the grouting.
The old A/C control board needs to be removed.
Our showers were tepid-cold so that needs attention too because I didn’t enjoy my shower .
The bath tub water was a very slow trickle so sadly we didn’t manage to use the tubs😢

Absolutely brilliant- the staff were amazing and the room was lovely.

Quirky hotel however did not feel like it offered adequate value for money and lacked facilities.
Pros:

Rooms were quite large. Rooftop terrace looked nice and the rooms had nice decor.

Cons:

Water temperature was very low almost to the point where the water felt cold and the pressure was quite low. Room service is only offered on certain days and restaurant is also only open on select days. THe room we had originally booked was no longer available when we arrived for check-in and while they were accommodating in trying to find an alternative, this was very disappointing.

There’s a club/late bar very close by and the music was so loud I felt like I was in the club! Not the hotels fault but something to consider when booking.

Lovely stay!
Pros:

The room was beautifully decorated, good facilities and great location.

The staff were brilliant especially at breakfast. They were professional, friendly and couldn't do more.

Cons:

It was a lovely stay. We did ask to check in earlier (even for a fee) but this wasn't an option. We were offered a luggage room though which was helpful but not particularly useful after a full day of travel and celebrating a 40th birthday we wanted to freshen up before continuing.

Their was only two things that could have been improved. 1 - We found one false eyelash on the rug in the bedroom but the room itself was clean and tidy.
2 - when we ran a bath later there was a few bits floating that had come out of the jets, this could be because it hadn't been used in a while. It may help to run them through a little more often just in case.

Pros:

How close it was to everything.

Cons:

The room was dirty, the wallpaper was scuffed and messy. I paid for a signature room and was very let down by it.
