All in same room. Cleanish. Location was superb.
We didn’t get to sleep until after 4am. Loud knocking on room doors. Massive argument in the hall by women and men in the corridor. Staff did nothing about it. When I explained we hadn’t slept, they refused to do anything for us including allowing us an extra hour to get ourselves together before checkout. A resounding no. Told me I had agreed to loud noises when I signed the form upon check in. Not like I had any other choice after travelling to get there and no option but to pay for the room.
Loved that we were all in the same room very comfy beds cleaning lady was lovely she gave us a fan helpful reception staff cleanliness was fantastic amazing views
WiFi wasn’t great the aircon wasn’t working in our room but the cleaning lady gave us a fab the following day
Great location. Staff were lovely, room was massive and beds comfortable
Towels didn’t get changed. Room was old and tired, not a luxurious as it first looked, definitely needs upgrading

As a Liverpool supporter it was a good to see all the memorabilia - big spacious room
Room although big it would benefit from a view cosmetics touch ups
