Staff were brilliant good for a few lans going to the match
Pros:

Good location clean but needs a lick of paint and a deep clean on the bathroom floors
Ok for going away with the lads but not for family

Cons:

When we got out of the lift and entered the corridor the carpets were very dirty got me worried about how clean the room was going to be
But all good with the room

Pros:

Amazing location as it was near everything I wanted, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a good variety of choice for breakfast

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like but would be good if they had their own parking but it was near to a multi storey car park

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

The staff were friendly and our room was clean and spacious. The hotel had great facilities, with on-site parking, and close to amenities in Liverpool city centre.

Cons:

There was very little shade on the rooftop terrace during the heatwave, but this may be a plus to other guests!

Friendly staff, close to amenities. Needs updating.
Pros:

Location was good. Close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Cons:

A bit dated. Also some things not working/broken. Air con not working, so there was a unit in the room which was noisy. Windows were open and wouldn’t close, which added to the noise.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Decor, friendly staff and good location to city centre and train station

Cons:

Pigeon noises was quite loud. Decor is beautiful in rooms but hotel can do with modernising and sprucing up.
