Cheap + good location. Not much else positive.
Pros:

The location was good and the price for the stay was very cheap.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the room, the heating didn’t work. The main light in the room didn’t work. There were tea, coffee and milk in the room but there was no kettle which was peculiar. After we told the staff they said there was nothing they could do until after checkout time the next day.

The layout of the room

Cons:

TV did not work due to the Ariel being cut and the plug being broken, unsafe plug sockets, loose bulb in bedside lamp, the bed was rock solid like a concrete slab due to the bed frame having a solid plank of wood screwed onto the top of it. Got no sleep at all due to being so uncomfortable.

Poor - I would never come back and stay here - it feels like they don’t care at all about anyone staying there

Cons:

the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the room smelt bad, there were tea bags still in the kettle and no basic amenities that you would expect from a hotel. It wasn’t cleaned well before our stay. The hotel is located in a very rough area with smashed windows and pot holes in the car park.

For me location is the best. Other things are average, value for meoney.
Pros:

The best point is the location here. As I am working at the University of Salford, there are no other hotels closer to the university.

Cons:

But the hotel is very dirty. Carpet does not give the feeling of cleanliness. The toilet wall and bed covers do not seem clean. An electric heater is another problem. If you cannot adjust the heating properly, your sleep can be disturbed in the middle of the night. There is no central heating. Plus, the last room (213) I stayed in had pictures of people that disturbed my prayers. For muslims, no animal or human pictures should be in the room. Moreover, a central freezer and microwave can help to store and heat our own food.
