Cheap, but not good
Pros:

It was cheap and the staff member was helpful

Cons:

I requested a different room as the room allocated downstairs had clearly been broken into relatively recently. Glass was still on the ground outside and the window lock was broken so not able to be secured effectively and window shielded from view
Re-allocated room on 2nd floor, carpet and toilet were dirty, and the bathroom in poor state of decoration though usable.
Generally not pleasant for location.
Smashed glass in emergency exit door to street
Busy main road on emergency service blues and twos route
Demolition of large building opposite started at 6 00 in the morning with cranes and crushers etc
No hangers in wardrobe
Towels were stained

Short stay
Pros:

Free parking on site. Great location. Staff really friendly. Different size rooms, well presented and clean. Not a 5 star hotel, but not a 5 star bill either so good value for money. Have stayed before and will again.

Was fine for a short over night stay- staff was helpful, provided parking and location was good for what we needed.
Pros:

Was clean and location was great for us and offered parking

Cons:

No mirrors, only one tea bag for two people, no where to hang clothes

Cheap and nice comfortable stay
Pros:

Was very clean and modern inside. Secure with cameras all around the building and car park.

Cons:

The building looks shabby from the outside but i think its all a work in progress

Cons:

The room was filthy, mouldy, had broken appliances including shower doors that were not attached, moult ceilings, a smelly fridge that had a nappy behind it and a tonne of spiders. I don’t think the room was actually cleaned if I’m being honest. There was no staff at the desk most of the time. They conveniently only ended up there when we were heading out

Don’t stay here
Pros:

Apart from the very friendly staff nothing about the property is good.

Cons:

It was very unclean, outdated, and had a really funky smell in the room, bathroom was moldy and there were spiders everywhere. The walls were dirty aswell. I can definitely say you get what you payed for. The location is unsafe aswell just wasn’t a good place to stay.

Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The two staff we saw were friendly.

Cons:

Very dirty, even a clipped dirty thumbnail was left on the table. Stains all over the walls, floor, radiator, windowsill . Bedding was clean, but everything else filthy. No cups or glasses available.. although wouldn’t have used if they were to be honest. Wouldn’t stay longer than one night.
Noisy guest in next room.

Cheap + good location. Not much else positive.
Pros:

The location was good and the price for the stay was very cheap.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the room, the heating didn’t work. The main light in the room didn’t work. There were tea, coffee and milk in the room but there was no kettle which was peculiar. After we told the staff they said there was nothing they could do until after checkout time the next day.

Awful. Not even worth a cheap stay for a bed for the night. Unsafe, dirty, like a bad hostel
