Amabilidad y excelente atención
Pros:

El desayuno fue muy completo, variado y rico, y además disfruté mucho de las vistas desde el restaurante mientras desayunaba. Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal: fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales en todo momento. También me pareció un detalle muy bueno que cambiaran las toallas todos los días y que dejaran agua, café y té gratuitos a diario en la habitación. Además, la habitación contaba con una pava eléctrica, lo que resultaba muy práctico.

La ubicación también me gustó mucho, ya que está cerca de la Torre de Gálata y de numerosos bares y restaurantes, por lo que resulta muy cómodo para salir a conocer la zona y comer o cenar.

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña y había un olor desagradable a tubería que salía de la ducha del baño. Nos explicaron que se debía a un problema de la red principal de la zona.

Pros:

Ciò che ho apprezzato maggiormente dell’Hotel Pera Parma è sicuramente la posizione: si trova a pochi passi dalla principale via Istiklal, una delle zone più vive di Istanbul, e permette di raggiungere facilmente Taksim e le principali attrazioni della zona.

Un altro punto di forza è stato sicuramente il personale, sempre molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, in particolare il ragazzo del turno serale, che si è dimostrato davvero eccezionale. Poiché lo shuttle per l’aeroporto non fermava proprio davanti all’ingresso dell’hotel, si è gentilmente offerto di accompagnarci personalmente fino al punto di partenza, un gesto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole, soprattutto grazie alla posizione e alla disponibilità dello staff.

Cons:

Ciò che mi è piaciuto meno è sicuramente la grandezza delle camere: gli spazi sono piuttosto ridotti e, considerando la posizione e il livello dell’hotel, credo sarebbe preferibile avere un numero inferiore di camere, ma più ampie e curate.

Soprattutto, però, ritengo che ci sia molto da migliorare sul fronte della pulizia. Purtroppo, il livello di pulizia riscontrato non era all’altezza di un hotel di questa posizione e di questa categoria. Avevamo prenotato due camere comunicanti, una matrimoniale e una singola, e abbiamo trovato diversi peli e sporco sia nelle camere che nei bagni.

Suggerirei quindi di prestare molta più attenzione al lavoro dello staff addetto alle pulizie e di introdurre un controllo più accurato delle camere prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti.

Anche alcune piccole accortezze potrebbero essere migliorate: eravamo tre ospiti, ma era presente un solo paio di ciabatte e gli asciugamani erano contati al minimo indispensabile.

Nel complesso, credo che con un maggiore controllo sulla pulizia e una maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli, l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare sensibilmente e diventare più adeguata al livello che ci si aspetta da questa struttura.

Gran opción para alojarse en Estambul
Pros:

Es el segundo año que visitamos Estambul y nos alojamos en este hotel. La ubicación es fabulosa, a metros de Istikal, tiene mucha vida la zona. Además hay bares y restaurantes en el alrededor.

The way they maintained the historical aspects of the building while still providing a clean and modern accommodation for guests was amazing

The breakfast is also really good!

Last but not least the staff is amazing. Kerim, arman and Ahmet are all fantastic dudes and very accommodating. Crazy hiw we became such good friends.

Cons:

The rooms are kind of small and the building being 250+ years old does come with some downsides. But the location is amazing and this tends to be the case with majority hotels here. Compared to other hotels I would 1000% say this is a much better option.
