從訂房開始，訂房組的接待就倍感尊榮禮遇，辦理入住的前台人員更是親切，很有耐心地回答問題，並且介紹周邊相關景點，房間更是整潔乾淨，所有的服務人員都很親切，真的是一次很棒的住宿體驗。

It was a clean, well located and comfortable stay with attentive staff and good facilities for adults and kids.
Pros:

The rooms are clean and comfortable with the mini bar being free at celebrity tower! The staff were very good and helpful and were very attentive!

Cons:

I just wish the staff could speak a little bit more English as they could probably only understand 60% of what I was saying but honestly in Macau the English was still really good!

Overall excellent accommodation and friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was excellent in most ways and hard to fault. Comfy bed, great shower and facilities.

Cons:

Toilet was blocked which I only realised very late at night. Was not good. reported to staff member upon check out who seemed disinterested and was unapologetic for inconvenience.
