We highly recommend for your stay especially for access to the Kings Cross/St. Pancras station.
Pros:

This is a very comfortable property with excellent service. We were able to check in early even with high occupancy during our visit, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast options are nice.

Cons:

No complaints! Please note, however, that while nice large fans are provided in the rooms, with the more common heat waves there is not air conditioning. It was very pleasant for our stay but could have been different depending on the weather.

Not good enough.
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel and the dining hall in Goodenough College for breakfast.

Cons:

We were unhappy that the smart tv didn't work, and the staff provided no solution when we mentioned it.
The double bed was very small. The room was too hot and without A/C, we couldn't cool it down. There were old and more recent stains on the carpet which didn't look good.
The light in the bathroom was faulty and was flickering. We reported it on Sunday, but were told that it wouldn't be repaired until Monday, after our departure.

Mooi hotel op ideale locatie
Pros:

Goede locatie, dichtbij het St Pancras station. Ruime, mooie en propere kamer. Leuk dat er koekjes liggen, kwaliteitskoffie en thee.
Heel vriendelijke man die ons geholpen heeft bij check-in, bagage storage.
Leuk dat het ontbijt in een prachtige setting is in de stijl van de Great Hall van Harry Potter is.

Cons:

Veel nachtlawaai op vrijdagavond, zeker als je aan straatkant slaapt.

A nice hotel with no elevator
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel in the center of London. My room was on the 3rd floor, and I had a very nice view of the gardens across the street. The room was small but comfortable and well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There are no elevators, so I had to climb 3 floors every time. I am sure it is good for my health, but it is less convenient, especially after a late arrival and a long day. I had the continental breakfast. No complaints, but no enthusiasm either.

Good central location south of Kings Cross. About 12 minute walk.
Room wasn’t big but large comfortable bed. Good shower. Met my needs for overnight business stay.

Excellent hotel in peaceful location.
Pros:

Location was incredibly peaceful despite its central London location. The breakfast in the Great Hall was excellent. The bed was so comfy and everything was really clean.

As a solo traveller - I would have appreciated a chain on the door for piece of mind.
