Très bonne adresse à l'ouest de la Canee
Pros:

La plage de l'hôtel est vraiment belle, très romantique. Nous avions des chambres avec piscines privées et elles sont topissimes. Les piscines s'éclairent la nuit c'est magnifique. Les lits sont confortables, et le ménage est fait tous les jours. Des produits de toilette sont fournis ( brosse à dent, dentifrice, masque de nuit, lait pour le corps, rasoir, gel douche, shampooing, cotons tiges, lime à ongle, set couture, gant exfoliant, charlotte de douche) ! Très complet !
Des fruits sont mis dans la chambre tous les jours. Ce qui est dans le frigo est inclus dans le All inclusive et reassorti chaque jour.
Il y a une kitchenette avec bouilloire, cafetière plaques chauffantes et four.

Cons:

Certains membres du personnel pourraient sourire un minimum...on a l'impression qu'ils n'aiment pas leur travail. Heureusement que d'autres sont très gentils, d'une politesse exemplaire, adorables comme Efstratios au bar de la plage (qui par ailleurs, nous a bien conseillés pour sortir en ville), et la réceptionniste aux cheveux longs, (brune aux yeux bleus), très douce, qui a permis que je soigne ma nièce rapidement suite à des blessures : un grand merci 👌🙏

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διακοπών!
Pros:

Το Iolida Beach ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Η τοποθεσία του είναι απλά μαγική, καθώς βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στην υπέροχη, αμμώδη παραλία της Αγίας Μαρίνας. Το να ξυπνάς και να έχεις τη θάλασσα στα πόδια σου είναι ανεκτίμητο.
Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο, μοντέρνο, με άνετα κρεβάτια και πεντακάθαρο (η καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους ήταν υποδειγματική καθημερινά). Η εντυπωσιακή γυάλινη γέφυρα που ενώνει τα δύο κτίρια δίνει έναν πολύ ξεχωριστό χαρακτήρα στο resort.
Οι πισίνες είναι μεγάλες και πολύ προσεγμένες, ιδανικές για χαλάρωση με ένα κοκτέιλ από το μπαρ. Το φαγητό στον μπουφέ ήταν πάντα φρέσκο, γευστικό και με εξαιρετικές επιλογές που κάλυπταν κάθε γούστο, με θεματικές βραδιές απο διάφορες κουζίνες (κρητική, ιταλική, ασιατικη)
Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου, όμως, είναι το προσωπικό του. Όλοι —από τη ρεσεψιόν και το service μέχρι τις καμαριέρες— ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικοί, χαμογελαστοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν με τον πιο ζεστό τρόπο.
Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε οικογένειες και ζευγάρια που ψάχνουν ποιοτικές και ξέγνοιαστες διακοπές στα Χανιά. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!

Cons:

Ο εμπλουτισμός του ξενοδοχείου με ένα Waterpark θα απογειώσει την εμπειρία των διακοπών στο Iolida beach.

Aceitável!
Pros:

A praia do hotel era boa e com ambiente agradável nas redondezas
Piscina exterior simpática mas sempre com as espreguiçadeiras ocupadas!

Cons:

De não estar no edifício principal
De ter que apanhar 2 elevadores para chegar ao quarto
Do elevador principal estar avariado e ficar quase presa lá dentro por várias vezes até que fui sempre a pé os 8 andares.
Foi sinalizado logo na primeira noite que íamos ficando presos no elevador, que tremeu muito e apagou as luzes e terão arranjado mas até ao último dia da estadia continuo a pregar esses sustos pelo que subi sempre de escadas.
No último dia informei novamente que o problema do elevador continuava e outras senhoras também disseram que tinha acabado de fazer com elas…
No pequeno almoço poder ter leite com chocolate era extra pago (não se percebe o que acrescenta ter que pagar um leite com chocolate quando estamos em regime de tudo incluído)
As refeições eram ok, mas nada de mais.
Na primeira noite chegamos às 21h15 porque o ferry teve atrasado e mesmo tendo avisado já não nos deixaram jantar no restaurante porque o jantar era até às 21h (apesar de ter avisado). A cortesia do hotel foi colocar uns snacks no quarto porque já não íamos ter jantar que como estávamos em regime de tudo incluído já estava pago. Os snacks foram saladas gregas, batatas fritas de pacote, pão seco e frutas. Sendo que da minha família sou a única a gostar de salada grega tivemos que ir jantar a outro restaurante!

Distanta mica fata de plaja si piscina, micul dejun a fost destul de variat. Personalul foarte amabil si receptiv!

Great hotel with good service and pools - will defenitly come back!
Pros:

Nice location on the beach with large pool areas and really nice all inclusive hotel with nice amount of people , great food all meals and great service. Location in Agia Marina but short walk to Platanias beach. We got an upgraded room with pool :-) Thank you again!

Flott hotell med hjelpsomt personale, men noe nedsatt fasiliteter.
Pros:

Det var hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale.
Det var ryddig og rent på fellesområdene, og rommet ble godt vasket.
Veldig fint at vi fikk gratis solsenger på stranda og strandhandduker.
God frokost.
Nært til stranda.
Nært til restauranter og butikker.

Cons:

Solsenger ble reservert selv om det sto at det ikke var tillatt. Særlig ved bassenget nærmest stranda. Der var alt stort sett reservert fra tidlig morgen uten at der var folk.
Det var flere apparater på treningsrommet som var ute av drift og det var litt mørkt der. Savnet også manualer på treningsrommet.

An excellent stay!
Pros:

The rooms and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was great, too, especially the soft feta which was... out of this world! The tea selection in the breakfast area was impressive, too.

Cons:

The pool area was not at all as luxurious looking as it appears on the website photos. The pool also closes at 6pm, which is far too early.
