Banyo biraz kirli, yatak eskimiş ve ortaya doğru çökmüştü. Saç kurutma makinası bozuktu onarılmadı, kuamnda için pil istedik gelen çalışan küfür etmişiz gibi tavırlar gösterdi. Kahvaltılıkların üzerinde ürünün ne olduğu yazmıyor, seçenekler az ve lezzetsiz. Ses yalıtımı berbat yan odalar ve koridordaki bütün gürültüyü alıyor. Otelin girişi çok karmaşık nereden gireceğinizi bulamıyorsunuz yönlendirme eksik şehir merkezine 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde.

The behaviour of the reception. One day earlier, I received a note asking me to cancel the reservation for the pretest of fumigation in the rooms. I believe they wanted to sell the room at a higher rate.

The room was extremely uncomfortable, and our overall experience was very disappointing. The room was excessively hot, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. The pillows were also far too thick and uncomfortable, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our stay. We expected a much better level of comfort and service and hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
