Great quiet place to stay in Bangkok
Pros:

I loved having laundry facilities in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the room was big. It was nice to have two bathrooms, and the front staff was amazing. We needed extra pillows, and they searched around and found us more. The breakfast was yummy too.

Cons:

I don't really have anything specific I didn't like about this place...maybe a bit bigger couch so I could lay down on it??

Comfortable room in a good location.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and staff was great. The windows had screens, which is pretty unusual for Bangkok.

Cons:

The shower temperature control didn’t work well. The water was too hot or too cold. It was impossible to get the water temperature at a comfortable setting.

Excellent stay
Cons:

The lift because often we had to put the card several times in the hole before it works. Two times it was so long before it works that the light in the lift stopped and I was in the dark. So I had to use my phone to see something and finally succeeded to make work the lift.

Great location in a quiet street. Smooth check in. Wonderful spacious room. Well equipped. Close to big shopping centre (10 minutes) and several restaurants within 5 minutes. Most impressed by the quick responses by reception and housekeeping to fix issues. Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked with excellent coffee. Special thanks to Khwan at breakfast and Prang in housekeeping.

wonderful
Pros:

I always stay here because of the wonderful rooms and great location, but I realized I missed something in my previous review, so I'll add it here. The staff are professional and make for a comfortable stay. My recommended staff member is Mr. Mentioned Pakon. He provides hospitality that's almost like that of a Japanese person, so I highly recommend asking him for help.

Hotellet kan varmt anbefales! Vi vil ikke tøve med at bo der igen.
Pros:

Personalet var fantastisk hjælpsomme og den transportservice hotellet formidlede var virkelig fin. Vi boede i en suite, som var utrolig rummelig.

موظفون الاستقبال ودودين ويلبون ما تحتاجه
يتم تنظيف الغرف يوميا
يوجد توك توك يوصلك لقرب تيرمينال 21 والذي هوه اساسا قريب من الفندق مشي 2-3 دقائق

Cons:

اتمنى التركيز على التنظيف فالغرف تنظف يوميا لكن تنظف سريع وكذلك لا يتم وضع روائح مجرد ماء فقط..
الذي لم يعجبني انه المفارش لا يتم تغييرها.. أنا حجزت 9 ايام ولم يتم تبديل مفارش الاسرة إلا عندما طلبت ذلك وكان اليوم الخامس من اقامتي
