The room was clean and in a great location.

Cons:

I did not realize until reviewing the booking that the bathroom was a shared bathroom (that’s my bad). But the toilets smelled really strong of mould. We were on the 6th floor and there was no lift - you know you’re high up when it feels like you take forever to walk down the stairs. Mind you, Paris was going through a heatwave and though air conditioning isn’t a given, heat raises and our bedroom was stifling even with the windows open. I’m sure we would have been much happier if we were traveling in cooler months!

cute little hotel in a nice quiet area of Paris. Not ideal for summer/hot times, but staff is super.
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff, convenient location with metro and many places to eat nearby, great view from room, very clean, quiet. Description on Booking.com was accurate, so no surprises (no elevator, no A/C, accurate pics).

Cons:

room was a bit stuffy, especially in the heat (we noticed the room didn't have A/C from Booking.com too late). Also, something was installed on the door that prevented it from slamming, but as a result the door closed so slowly that it was quite annoying

Ok verblijf, bloedhete kamers
Pros:

Goede bedden, centrale locatie tov de metro. Veel horeca in de directe omgeving. De kamer zelf was schoon, de badkamer niet. Op de kamer een wasbak, dat was fijn. Personeel vriendelijk en mogelijkheid de bagage achter te laten.

Cons:

De kamers op de zesde verdieping zijn weliswaar schoon, maar bloedheet. Een ventilator biedt enigszins solaas, maar het was onverdraaglijk qua hitte, ook ‘s nachts. De gedeelde badkamer ruikt naar schimmel en is aan een opknapbeurt toe, het werd helaas ook niet regelmatig schoongemaakt of gecontroleerd. Tot slot slaan de deuren hard dicht, weinig isolatie.

Nice location but don't take a room high up in summer
Pros:

Great location, many cafés and food places.
Quiet room.

Cons:

Found myself on the 6th floor (without a lift ), stuck under the roof during a crazy heat wawe.
The room was boiling hot. There was a fan.
Toilets and showers were on the other side of a corridor so walking 10 m to go.
My view was of the ugly inner backyard.
Not what I expected (no change was allowed) when I booked 2 months ago.
