Pros:

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. My previous trip was in December, and back then, I loved everything — the cleanliness, the location, the view of the Sacré-Cœur from the window, and how warm the room was.

Cons:

This time, however, we happened to arrive right in the middle of a record-breaking heatwave in Paris, and that's when we realized there is no air conditioning in the room. It was agonizing; the building just wouldn't cool down, and it felt like being trapped inside an oven. Next time I plan a summer trip to Paris, I will definitely make sure to check for air conditioning.

Pros:

Room and the showers were clean. It was close to the bus station and metro. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Toilets were dirty. I didn't feel safe around the metro stations.

Pros:

Beliggenhed var perfekt til det vi skulle. Personalet var super søde… også katten der for det meste lå og sov i den blå stol. Vi havde en rollator med som stod nede i receptionen, på et tidspunkt, hvor vi skulle afsted på tur, havde den unge mand i receptionen set min svigermor på vej ned…så han stod klar med rollatoren.

Pros:

Helles und großes sowie sauberes Zimmer.
Sehr nettes Personal. Toll dass man die Möglichkeit hatte bei den heißen Temperaturen etwas im Hotelkühlschrank zu deponieren. Ebenso die Möglichkeit nach dem Auschecken noch das Gepäck bis zur Abreise unterzustellen.

Cons:

Ein Ventilator im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.

Cadre idéal, hôtel très propre.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, la chambre est très bien agencée. Nous avions fait le choix de prendre la douche et sanitaire sur le palier, la propreté est impeccable, bonus un lavabo dans la chambre.
Le personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Franchement tout est parfait, il n’y a rien à dire.

Decent value for money.
Pros:

The staff at the property were excellent. Depending on which side you approach the property you will find that it is well located. Considering the cost of accommodation in Paris this is good value for money. A point to note is that the property does not have AC and an elevator.

Cons:

We found that the rooms were not serviced properly everyday. The apartment was overall clean barring some mound in the shower which can be removed with bleach. While not the fault of the property - we found that the area around the Chateau Rouge metro was rough. This is the quickest metro station to the property. Even though we booked the same room type as our friends at the same cost - their room was larger so it would be good to make sure you understand the size of the room you getting.

My favorite place I have ever stayed in Paris!
Pros:

The views - I was on the 5th floor and I could see the Sacre Coeur! It would have been great to know before I arrived, as this info was not readily available on Booking.com.

Cons:

That when booking, it displayed a double bed as the cover image, however when I arrived it was only a single bed. It was a bit misleading.
