Pros:

We had a great stay! The highlight of our experience was definitely the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made a difference. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. As for the room, it was comfortable and good value for the price. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Pros:

Great hotel with a perfect location. Very close to the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy town. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good service. We had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy.

Other than the view from the lobby nothing else was good

Cons:

There was no lift.
No telephone in the room to contact the reception.
No toiletries. Body wash was empty. No way to contact them to get it.
No proper blanket

My son reports it as a solid 3 star experience. I expect more effort.
Pros:

The view was lovely.

Cons:

Just didn’t hit the mark. Not sure how it compares price wise to other places in Kandy but we paid nearly $100US for 2.5 beds. The kettle plate needed moving to be plugged in, there were ants everywhere, it smelled, the breakfast tables hadn’t been wiped…just the overall vibe was a bit off. Staff seemed a bit over it.

good bed and lots of lighting in the room.
bathroom was overall fine,

Cons:

AC unit is present but hardly working... the temp was set to 16 but the air felt lukewarm.
the room and hallway had a lot of mosquito and i felt i had to fight with them half of the night.
the walk to the proprety is very difficult by foot and you have only one route to take.

Bonito hotel con buenas vistas
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Estuvimos solo una noche pero se agradeció encontrar un sitio agradable y cuidado. Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, las vistas muy bonitas.

Cons:

Para acceder al hotel hay que subir por una cuesta muy empinada. El acceso no está muy bien indicado si llegas de noche.
