Some things were a bit dated in the room . Breakfast is not a great. They are variety of healthy things like veggies or fruits. The spa classification is a bit overrated, indoor pool is super small and Byside the massages offer the usual as not really many alternatives offer

O Hotel está a alguns passos do parque da serra da Lousã. A estadia no hotel dá direito a entrada em limites durante a estadia e pelo mesmo valor de uma só entrada. Para além do parque, junto ao hotel tem parque municipal com piscinas, campo de jogos, parque infantil e espaço para andar de bicicleta. Tudo isto mas num ambiente muito tranquilo. O hotel é muito adequado para férias com crianças, é possível fazer tudo à volta do hotel e só voltar a pegar no carro para regressar a casa. Tem restaurante para jantares no próprio hotel.
O pequeno-almoço poderia ser melhor, mais bem confecionado e com produtos de melhor qualidade.

O quarto também era agradável, espaçoso e cama confortável.
Achei que o spa estava pouco cuidado e com pouca atenção dos funcionários. A zona de descanso estava muito fria.
O espaço em si também não está muito bem pensado: a piscina interior e a zona de descanso estão em salas distintas, na zona da piscina há pouco espaço para estar.
