Good breakfast, very comfortable bed
Pool and hot tub not open, was main reason that I booked property, apparently this info on website but was not near the top of property description
Clean, comfortable, breakfast included.
Room carpets are tired.
The only problem is with the breakfast person as the week before the lack of effort to put the eggs and bacon or sausage, lets them run out and dose not refill in a timely manor, I would understand if place was busy or near end of breakfast, but there at 7:15 and everything gone. The person did bring out more eggs enough for maybe 3 people the bacon was empty and never refilled while I was there
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Nice large elevator, easy to fit luggage cart. Close to good restaurant (Red Barn)

The breakfast, the person put stuff out maybe should find a job he likes. There was very little put out example 1 wilted orange and 2 apples, the waffle mixture was empty with people around trying to get some and this is when it first opened in morning
The hotel itself felt new; the room was clean, and the bedding was fresh and of good quality.
The pool and hot tub were closed, and this information was not provided at the time of booking—we only found out upon arrival. It would be helpful if this information were available on Booking.com prior to check-in.

Amenities minimal
Good to stay in a pet friendly hotel and have a room on the ground floor. Only place to walk a dog was the open field across the road from the hotel. Our room was clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and everything worked well. My only criticism was that the front desk staff never made any eye contact or spoke anytime I walked by. The only staff member who spoke to me was when I was having breakfast. I have a feeling that she might have been the manager. She came over and asked how everything was.

It was unfortunate the pool wasn't operational, but the hot tub was very welcome.

Somewhat hard, uncomfortable bed.
Forgot my ear pods behind and was over an hour down the road before I realized it. Contacted the hotel and they located them and even searched the parking lot for me in -35 degree weather that morning!! Amazing!! I seldom have stayed at a hotel that is willing to go thru the effort to locate an item little alone go outside in frigid conditions to locate and then help with courier directions to get it returned to me. Big shout out to Mona and the rest of the staff!!
