Sehr zufriedenstellend- komme wieder
Pros:

Die Lage war absolut fantastisch- das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück hatte alles zu bieten was das Herz begehrt- das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Eine ruhige Umgebung trotz der Hafennähe.

Cons:

Keinerlei Beanstandung. Ich war äusserst zufrieden.

Das Hotel BW Plus Theodor Storm kann ich empfehlen, eine Buchung über Booking.com leider nicht.
Pros:

Mit dem Hotel war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super. Die Innenstadt ist einen Katzensprung entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und bietet für jeden Gast etwas.

Cons:

Bei meiner Anreise stellte sich heraus, dass für mich eine 2. Buchung besteht, die ich aber nicht getätigt habe. Für diese Buchung gab es weder eine Bestätigung für mich noch einen PIN. Damit das Hotel korrekt mit Booking.com abrechnen kann, musste ich eine No-Show-Nacht zahlen. Hier warte ich, trotz mehrmaligem Kontaktversuch mit Booking.com auf eine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Mit der KI "dreht man sich im Kreis".

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartung bei weitem übertroffen. Es gab es eine sehr große Auswahl inkl. Veganer Produkte.
Frisch gepresster Orangensaft, frisches Brot / Brötchen, große Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Salat, Eierspeisen, ect.

Cons:

Bei meinem Einzelzimmer fand ich die Größe des Bades etwas unglücklich, Die Toilette war unter einer Dachschräge, was noch ok war. Allerdings konnte ich mich nicht gerade auf die Toilette setzen, da diese zu dicht an der gegenüberliegenden Wand war und der Abstand zwischen Wand und Toilette zu gering war. Diese Bauart ist ehr für Kinder bzw. kleinen Personen geeignet. Bei meiner Größe von 1,75 m war es zu eng. Schade, ansonsten ein schönes kleines Bad mit allem was macht braucht.

Das Frühstück war qualitativ und quantitativ nicht zu übertreffen 👍 . Die Lage des Hotels war eigentlich ideal .

Cons:

Negativ an der Lage war der nächtliche Verkehrslärm , der durch das Posern und der lauten Musik in ihren Fahrzeugen uns einige Zeit des Schlafes geraubt hat.

La posizione è buona , tutto il resto non corrispondente ad un hotel 4 stelle ed al prezzo che si paga.

Servizi pessimi : camera senza salviette( le ho dovute chiedere) , nella doccia bagnoschiuma finito ( non si vedeva perché contenitore opaco) . Appena entri in hotel odore sgradevole . Il bagno della camera molto misero e per un hotel 4 stelle non mi sarei aspettata questo. Il buffet della colazione sembra quello di una mensa.
