Pros:

Ein netter Empfang, alle wichtigen Informationen wurden all umfassend mitgeteilt. Das Zimmer war groß,geräumig und gut strukturiert. Es gab ausreichend Möglichkeiten, Kleidungsstücke zu verstauen und am Schreibtisch arbeiten zu können. Das Frühstücksbuffet umfasste eine reichhaltige Auswahl von Lebensmitteln. Es wurde stets aufgefüllt, sobald etwas leer war.

Insgesamt kommen wir bei passender Gelegenheit gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer war sauber und funktionell eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich, sogar um 10 Uhr wurden z. B. noch frische Pancakes gereicht und es gab Obst und Lachs, Wurst, Käse und warme Gerichte (Speck, Würstchen, Eier).

Cons:

Die Bar war aufgrund von Personalmangel sehr eingeschränkt tätig (Bier, Wein oder Softdrinks).
Vom Zimmer aus konnten wir die Straße hören (Hauptstraße oder Autobahn) - was grundsätzlich zwar "nur" als Hintergrundgeräusch wahrzunehmen war aber nachdem wir privat sehr ruhig wohnen, war es für uns auffällig.

Tolles, familienfreundliches Hotel
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr tollem Personal, das sich kümmert. Komplett digitaler Prozess und sehr gutes Frühstück. Lilly hat sich sehr toll um uns und unsere Kinder während des Frühstücks gekümmert! Das hat man heutzutage sehr selten!

sehr nettes Personal, das Hotel hat alles, was man braucht, Tiefgarage gibt es auch.
Es liegt etwas am Rande der Stadt, aber in 10 Minuten ist man an der Bahn, der Bus ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Es gab im Bad Silberfische. Aber mir ist wirklich unklar, warum das Hotel so schlecht bewertet wird, dafür gibt es keinen Grund.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Tiefgarage, TOP Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir hatten eine anstrengende Autofahrt hinter uns, am Empfang wurde ich von einer sehr emphatischen Mitarbeiterin begrüßt, „Ihr Italien Urlaub ist vorbei….“ (auf der Hinfahrt hatten wir auch übernachtet) Sie hatte es sich gemerkt, sehr aufmerksam! Wir bekamen sofort die Zimmerkarte, klasse Service, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, Sabine & Uwe aus dem Ruhrgebiet
