Ruhig aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Personal war mega freundlich

Cons:

Dass wir ein Zimmer im Nachbarhaus bekommen haben, welches primär für Monteure genutzt wird.
Bie den Zimmer hat sich der Laminatboden in Holzoptik schon gewölbt. Das Bett hatte 2 Fuße unten, die schon gebrochen warn und schräg standen. Und keine Sitzmöglichkeiten für 2 Personen wie gebucht.

Insgesamt alles etwas schmuddelig

Grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber die Housekeeping Leistung lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und auch beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Seife am Waschbecken im Bad komplett leer und auch keine Alternative vorhanden; Duschgel / Shampoo in der Dusche ebenfalls komplett leer; Krümel / Dreck unter der Fenstertür, welcher schon länger dort gewesen sein muss; es gab zwar zwei Gläser und eine eine Papiermanschette mit Hinweis auf ein kostenfreies Wasser, aber eine Wasserflasche gab es nicht.
Alles sehr schade, zumal der Preis aufgrund des Weindorfes in Heilbronn höher als normal war. Da könnten diese Basics wenigstens vorhanden sein bzw. funktionieren.

Das Fenster musste ich schließen um die Zimmernachbarn nicht zu hören die noch lange nachts draußen saßen.

Äußerst freundliches Personal

Cons:

Bedauerlicherweise waren Bar und Restaurant am Abend geschlossen und man konnte - entgegen der Zusage beim Einchecken am Nachmittag - keinen Abendimbiß (Flammkuchen, nach dem explizit gefragt worden war) bekommen.
Wir waren etwas enttäuscht.

Unschöner Anfang
Pros:

Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Aufpreis von 15 Euro bei zu frühen Zimmerbezug. Ich spreche von 2 Std., obwohl das Zimmer fertig war. Am Vorabend habe ich auf Wunsch des Hotel bereits meine Angaben deponiert. Bei der Ankunft konnte ich das ganze nochmals machen.
