We checked in late and it took quite a while for someone to get to front desk
Rooms are small but adequate. All facilities are modern and high quality.
Dinner in restaurant was excellent but breakfast buffet was average.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful but the quality was less than optimum. Boxed Cornflakes and cooked breakfast are not to everyone’s taste.
The staff were all excellent, friendly, professional and helpful. the price was very affordable so very exceptional value for money. The gym was an added bonus - wish I'd taken headphones!
The bed could have been a little more comfy and the cleanliness of the room wasn't quite up to scratch.

Clean and comfortable.
Very disappointed in the food as we stayed there several years ago and really enjoyed it. The chips with my meal were obviously oven chips, not homemade. The crème brûlée dessert was accompanied by a Shorties biscuit out of a packet. The 250ml bottle of water cost £3.25 and was not even chilled. It was not worth the money we paid for the meal.

De tafeltjes plakten, maar de rest was prima
de bedden waren prima en fijn dat er airco was. Hotel ziet er goed uit, parkeergelegenheid is ook goed, erg jammer van de rest.
Ontbijt was slecht, bijna alleen Engels ontbijt, alleen kaas als beleg, er werd zeer slecht aangevuld. Stond 1 medewerker die geen goedemorgen kon zeggen en ook ineens door een manager werd weggehaald, zodat we moesten wachten op aanvullingen van sap, koffie en jam. Geen verontschuldigingen. Ontbijt was tot half 10 en vanaf 9.15 werd al gezegd dat ze dicht gingen, schandalig!!! Je betaald erg veel, er wordt geen goede morgen gezegd , alleen maar dat je eigenlijk ‘te laat’ komt voor je ontbijt, niet te geloven. Had aangegeven dat mijn partner glutenvrij at, kreeg ze ‘s morgens 2 hele kleine witte boterhammetjes geroosterd, niet vers, erg jammer, had hier twee maal overleg over gehad. Ook bij het diner was er bv geen glutenvrij brood bij de curirie. Voor het geld wat je hiervoor betaald is dit echt treurig. Personeel kwam ook zelf opscheppen, heel erg vreemd. Badkamer zag er niet fris uit, was wel ‘schoon’, maar veel plekken met schimmelaanslag, slecht onderhouden. (Nog steeds, zie vorige recentie) 1 bedlamp niet-werkend. Jammer dat er bij de koffie/theekopjes alleen 2 houten spateltjes zaten ipv lepeltjes. Bij afgaan brandalarm begin van de avond werd er niets medegedeeld aan gasten, die moesten zelf naar de receptie lopen om te vragen wat te doen en alleen bij navraag werd er gezegd dat het vals alarm was, onvoorstelbaar.
