Extremely hot day but staff had arranged a fan and a portable air conditioning unit which was great

Dormitios muy cómodos y muy bien decorados. Ubicación perfecta.
Pros:

Dormitorio maravilloso con maravillosa vista a la catedral. Restaurant que te sirven cena hasta tarde.
Federico muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Dandonos tips de cosas para ver, hacer e ir a comer en York.
Precioso hotel.

Cons:

Que no tuviera un pequeño patio para fumar, sin tener que salir a la calle.

Hotel in a excellent position clean tea makinin

Cons:

Due to the fact it was very warm the hotel provide a portable air con unit and a fan the rooms are not big enough to accommodate both it was appreciated

Downstairs felt like a four star hotel, room really didn't
Pros:

+ Staff were largely very helpful
+ Breakfast was good quality

Cons:

- Room was very small for a 4 star hotel, and the bed only a standard double
- Room was incredibly hot. A portable air con unit was provided but it was far too noisy to run at night and there were poorly insulated hot water pipes just under the floor that made it feel like there was permanent under floor heating on
