Please note that the hotel is a very popular wedding venue, therefore some bedrooms may experience noise at the weekend. Pets Policy: Maximum 2 small dogs per room is allowed and dogs are only permitted in our standard rooms. £10 per dog, per night payable on arrival to the hotel. The restuarant staff were lovely and the food was fantastic.
The cleanliness left alot to be desired. There was other peoples hair on the bathroom floor, thick dust around the edges of the carpet, and the switches/remote were really grubbyl. But could not fault the bed, ot the size of the room.

Room 17 was on top a fan or an electric motor that made noise all night.

We booked an executive room 5 but unfortunately it was right over an event where there was loud music till midnight. This was not really a problem but I would have thought that due to this event we would have been given an equivalent room at a quieter part of the hotel. Staff should consider this based on what is going on in the hotel !!!
Nothing but Loud music till 10pm on a Monday. Couldn’t sleep till the parties finished.
I suffered from lack of sleep the next morning due to the parties and loud music being played on a Monday.
