Please note that the hotel is a very popular wedding venue, therefore some bedrooms may experience noise at the weekend. Pets Policy: Maximum 2 small dogs per room is allowed and dogs are only permitted in our standard rooms. £10 per dog, per night payable on arrival to the hotel. Please note that as the property is a listed building, it does not have a elevator. Ground floor rooms are available and subject to availability and guests can arrange this by using the Special Request Box when booking. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war fast unerträglich warm auch mit dem Gebläse war es sehr warm
Leider kein Aufzug im Hotel, mussten die schweren Koffer in den ersten Stock schleppen.
I have stayed here before and as always, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well presented, and the bar and restaurant are very well priced for the quality. The breakfast is also fantastic with a great selection. I would definitely recommend and hopefully will visit again on my next visit to Glasgow.

The honeymoon suite was amazing
One of the reception staff (female working on Friday morning) needs some lessons in grace and decorum. The reception staff working Thursday night was excellent as was the person who greeted us with breakfast on Friday morning to the room.

The room was clean and fresh with plenty of space.
Nothing! There was a small issue with the cistern that could have happened anytime, staff were made aware and were very apologetic.

It fitted with the location I was in after coming out of surgery I needed a bed for the night as I wasn’t able to drive up north as was still recovering
Stupidly there was a full blown wedding reception going on from 7pm with some really good 80’s music which meant I didn’t get off to sleep early
