Cons:

Phone chargers in room not working. Food and accomodation ok bit not wotth tje high price tag. Air con kept cutting out during the night so sleep was not great.

Good value, met expectations. Would book again.
Pros:

Breakfast. Liked the restaurant revamp. Comfy bed, plenty or space in room.Enjoyed the novelty of being allocated a garden room.

Cons:

Stayed quite a few time, always seem to suffer from mould in the bathrooms. Aside from that level of cleanliness is excellent.

A bit of an Asian Fawlty Towers really but we had a laugh

Akash was very helpful with all requests & needs. But to have to ask for Shampoo & Conditioner in the room was a task he could have done without. However he could not have been more helpful & friendly

Cons:

We were not told ahead that there was refurbishment work going on! Dining room was very understaffed so that we waited too long for items or had to remind them what we were waiting for. With only 7 main course dishes on the menu it was disappointing to be told that one of them had run out. Beer options were very limited. Not being able to purchase and put on the room was irksome. There is a lovely area right next to the lake where you can have a drink, lots of umbrellas but no seating!!!!!
