Deincourt was fine, the room was clean and comfortable, it is quite central in Newark
Had to wait far too long for food to arrive.
I'm struyto think of anything
Dirty old rooms. I don't mind an old fashioned room for a one night stay if it's clean,but this place is not. Rooms are un clean, the Building and carpark are rundown
I liked the building the very comfortable bed and pillows, the bathroom was good and it was warm when we finally found out we had to turn the radiators on.
The two high steps into the building after being told they were only small, as we had said we had limited mobility, the TV was too high to watch comfortably, unless you were lying down and milk and coffee supplies were not topped up had to go to reception at night to fetch some, also no disabled parking.
The entrance was nice
There was a funny smell by the rooms and the prices for breakfast and dinner were high given what we got.

Staff were lovely, very friendly. Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were good.
A bit more attention to detail would have been good - despite it being clear on my booking that I was checking out on Monday (which staff later acknowledged was clearly confirmed on their records) they assumed I was checking out on Sunday and entered my room. No harm done but double checking bookings would prevent invading guests privacy.

Central location was great. Car park very good, easy to find a space. Staff were very friendly & helpful throughout.
Room 12 was very warm, even with the fan on. Breakfast not as good as expected.

The next night was filled with swearing ,shouting and doors banging from 2am 😫 for few hours

Excellent location.
Room was clean and tidy.
Apart from Andrea on reception who was excellent the other staff were all a bit scatty. Especially the Manuel lookalike who just runs around being forgetful.
It was a nice little room
There seemed to be no sound proofing between the room (no.14) and everything else. Water pipe noise, road noise as I recall the window was single glazed, open and closing of doors, basically any noise from other rooms was so easily heard I got very little sleep.
