Fantastic as always, pleasant
Pros:

Always a lovely reception, clean rooms well equipped

Cons:

Nothing, a bit slow on the bar but was quiet season so likely weren't expecting a drinker at 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon!

Really good stay and will book again
Pros:

It has a bar and food and pool table. Staff are very nice. Great location in Newark.

Cons:

Wasn’t keen on the squeaky bed.

Very welcoming and helpful room was good and the breakfast was great
Pros:

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you the room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was clean and bright

Cons:

The only thing was it was very hot but that's not they're fault

Clean comfortable hotel in great location o
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast but staff were brilliant went extra mile we left t shirts behind which they happily offered to post on
Only hiccup was we didn’t get the ground floor room. We booked but we managed.

Lovely hotel, clean & comfortable. Lovely staff & great value for money.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very clean & comfortable. Managed to book a ground floor room as we both have mobility issues. Only problem was traffic noise.
