Staff were lovely, location and as good for city centre
The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Fire doors opening and closing were noisy too as other guests came and went

Location good and was clean throughout
Car park not big enough so couldn't get a space despite being there 10 minutes after check in time. Let the hotel know we were travelling with small baby and they allocated a room up a flight of stairs and no lift. No water provided in rooms. No fridge in rooms. No conditionor provided. For the price I would expect these things.
All the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet and we were able to get two rooms next to each other for our group. The facilities were very good and clean. The breakfast was very good with a reasonable selection for Continental and a good selection of cooked breakfasts which were tasty.
If am going to be really, really picky then the room just needed a touch of filler here and there and a touch up up of paint here and there. Also the cistern needed something tightening up as it dripped but not enough to disturb my sleep. They are really the only things I could find fault with.
It was a good location for me. Had a wedding in Norwich. Was hoping to walk into Norwich centre but it was a little further than was stated and the weather was very wet and windy so walking not appropriate on the day
There wasn’t really anything that I disliked. The shower was a little grimy looking around the edges looked as if it could do with descaling.
I also on booking .com asked for a dog friendly room. Booked and then later was told the room I booked was not doc friendly and that a dog friendly room would come with an added surcharge of £20.00 a night. In fact I was charged £30 extra per night. Was a little surprised but not really the t in e or energy to argue the point.
Central location, very clean with an excellent restaurant. Great value for money.

It’s set in a very quiet location but still within walking distance of the city
I’ve stayed before with friends in a standard room which was great but booked an executive room this time and I didn’t feel the room was any different to the previous one
