Staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed was uncomfortable
The walls were thin; I could hear the person in the next room turning in bed.
The room smelt when the window was closed; traffic noise made it essential it was closed.
The shared bathroom door was noisy.

Location near the railway station was good.
Room poorly laid out. No bedside lamps and a toilet - lacking a lid - that you couldn’t sit on properly due to lack of space. Shower head was leaking and not fixed properly (we had to repair it ourselves). Also, what I presume was the sound of a water pump, going off every 20 seconds (3 times a minute, 180 times an hour) all night led to a less than good night’s sleep.
Staff were pleasant, sheets and towels clean, but bed lumpy.
Was charged £75 for the night (with no breakfast) for double room for 2 people. If I’d been charged half of that, I would still consider it too much for the standard of accommodation offered.

It was near station literally across the road. So very convenient. And shop were near too.
The staff were wonderful
The water heater made a very loud noise right throughout the night, resulting in zero sleep for the guests in rooms 4 and 5. No air conditioning or fan available un the room.
Da ich bei der Buchung das falsche Zimmer gebucht hatte, konnte ich dieses nach dem einchecken problemlos ändern und habe dann ein sehr modernes und komfortables Zimmer beziehen können.
Die Rezeptionisten waren dabei sehr unterstützend.
In dem Zimmer fehlte ein Kühlschrank.

Room had zero ventilation to the outside
There was a sign saying tap water wasn’t safe to drink
The A/C unit was broken
The toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor and felt unsafe to use
The fridge was dirty
There was no lighting or side table in the single bed alcove
Friendly staff . Good food
The bed needs a new mattress. The mattress springs had gone which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. And the bed was small. The room was tired , needed to be redecorated .
I chose the location due to its close proximity to both the local railway and bus stations as I often use public transport. The property had plenty of parking though for those who arrive by car and also had a restaurant, with a well stocked bar and Sky TV. For the price I paid, even though there was no included meal option, I felt it was good value for money and will be staying there again. I used the accommodation as a base to hike locally in the Nottinghamshire area and would recommend it to others.
There was nothing I didn't particularly like and although the accommodation was not local for shops etc, it was well positioned on as bus route

The messy carpets in room the santriy pads left behind he radiator in bath room. Nose all night couldn't sleep
Stayed in an en-suite room, very nice. Really comfortable bed and great shower.

Toilet had dried poo hair and other splashes around the bowl when I arrived had to clean with sanitiser when I arrived.
