Pros:

The position of the hotel is great. Wonderful spot to see the hot air ballons at sunrise and take great pictures.
Our room was very big and we really enjoyed the whirlpool in the evenings.
The staff was very helpful even before our arrival. Great value for the money we paid.

Cons:

The care for details is missing. It would be a great place worth a 10. Unfortunately there where few things such as ripped towels ore hanging cables that could be adjusted in order to improve the experience. The dogs are very nice, but get quite aggressive if none of the staff is around.

Pros:

1.酒店位于格雷梅小镇最高的位置，可以俯瞰小镇，距离格雷梅最高处的日落观景台非常近，方便去那里欣赏日出和日落
2.酒店距离格雷梅小镇主街和巴士总站很近
3.酒店早餐还不错

Cons:

1.不知道是不是没有从酒店报名任何活动（因为之前已经体验过热气球、红线、绿线和ATV，所以没有在酒店预订），感觉前台和其他酒店前台相比，热情度有点低。其他的没有什么问题
2.wifi比较慢，不过由于在洞穴，所以可以理解，使用自己的移动数据流量就会快很多

I have never written reviews on booking but the hotel was so bad that I felt obligated to write something to help others:
Unbelievably dirty. There were hairs in the bathroom, stains on mattress sheets, and dirty toilet. Some towels had yellowish colors. And the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen.
Worth mentioning that we were here 3 years ago and back then it was great. There could have been a change in the management or something. The good reviews is more likely from back then.
