I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy all the attractions nearby.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The room was very comfortable and well-designed, with a soft bed, air conditioning, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the small balcony with a chair, where I could relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
One of the highlights of the hotel is the amazing terrace. It offers a fantastic view of the hot air balloons, and watching them fly over Cappadocia in the morning was truly unforgettable.

Очень интересный номер в пещере.
Котики на территории.
Хороший завтрак с разнообразными и вкусными закусками.

Cons:

Плесень! В номере была плесень. Сушилка воздуха не справляется, всю ночь гудит, а толку мало. Прошли дожди и вода капала с потолка, была лужа на полу. С кондиционера также капала вода.
Какие-то грязноватые ковры.
На завтрак не хватило горячего.

Pros:

The place had amazing views and the breakfast was fresh and filling. The place was everything I expected. Although the weather at the time of my visit was not that great the location was close to town and other amenities which was super helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο με όλες τις ανέσεις και καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου πολύ καλή, κοντινή πρόσβαση σε όλα, δεν είναι μέσα στο κέντρο, που έχει πολλή κίνηση και θόρυβο αλλά σε λίγο ύψωμα, με θεα και άνεση. Το πρωινό ωραίο, τοπικό με πολλές επιλογές σε αλοιφές. Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και άνετα. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικό. Επίσης στο ξενοδοχείο κανονίζουν και ημερήσιες εκδρομές, μετακινήσεις κτλ, κάτι που εξυπηρετεί πολύ κάποιον που θέλει να μείνει εκεί.

En general la habitación me gusto mucho, muy limpia, ubicación buena, y el desayuno estupendo. Lo único fué que llegamos muy pronto del vuelo, llegamos a las 7.00h, y la de recepción nos dijo que era imposible tener habitación hasta las 14.00h, me sorprendió que el check-in fuese tan temprano... Tuvimos que estar esperando hasta esa hora. Por pena.. nos ofreció desayunar por 20 euros pero la verdad que se agradeció.

Demasiado tarde el check-in por lo demás bien.

Breakfast was delicious
Pros:

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Göreme bus station. If you don’t have luggage, the walk is fairly easy, but if you do, I’d still recommend taking a taxi. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — probably the best breakfast I’ve had in Turkey so far. The room was also very spacious, and there was a jacuzzi bathtub, which was a really nice touch. In the morning, you can also watch the hot air balloons taking off from the hotel.

Cons:

There are too few tables or surfaces in the room to place belongings on, so many times we had to use our suitcases as makeshift tables.
