Очень понравилось расположение отеля, панорамный вид, комфортный просторный номер, все удобства, чисто и уютно . Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные тоже с панорамным видом. Персонал очень заботливый и внимательный, помогали во всем! От всей души благодарю!

Ár érték arányban tökéletes választás. A kilátás a teraszról fantaszikus. Az elhelyezkedése szintén mivel nagyon magasan

Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedése, rendkívül segítőkész volt a személyzet, whatsuppon egyeztettünk, minden úgy volt ahogy megbeszéltük. A reptéri transzfernél Osman volt a sofôrünk, Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt egy szuper sofőr köszönet Neki, Kértünk egy privát túrát is, itt szintén Osman szállított minket, idegenvezetőnk pedig Merve volt. Nagyon szép helyekre jutottunk el vele és rendkívül sok információt kaptunk a nevezetességekről. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.

Cons:

A szobák müszaki állapota lehetne jobb, illetve kevés a konnektor. Tárolóhely kevés, gondolom a szikla falak miatt nincs nagyon szekrény.

La cordialità del personale.

Cons:

Struttura sporca. Penso la più sporca mai provata in vita mia. Sono cliente Booking da 20 anni ma così mai.
Jacuzzi penso mai pulita da quando istallata. Non il semplice bagno un po’ sporco o un po’ di calcare sui rubinetti ma una cosa immonda.
Per contro la stanza abbastanza decente se si è di poche pretese.
Odore di muffa nel bagno che neanche la cantina dei miei nonni così. Da sentirsi male.
Doccia rotta (personale si è subito attivato per ripararla ma purtroppo ormai inutilizzabile).
Insomma struttura che potrebbe presentarsi bene ma che necessita una ristrutturazione e una sanificazione adeguata alle potenzialità. Non amo lasciare giudizi negativi ma spero questi vengano presi dal proprietario come spunto di miglioramento. Ripeto personale gradevole e gentilissimo. C’ è un ottimo ristorante veramente top a solo 150 mt dalla struttura.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy all the attractions nearby.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The room was very comfortable and well-designed, with a soft bed, air conditioning, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the small balcony with a chair, where I could relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
One of the highlights of the hotel is the amazing terrace. It offers a fantastic view of the hot air balloons, and watching them fly over Cappadocia in the morning was truly unforgettable.
