Vietnam trip
Pros:

This was our second stay at this hotel. Great location, interesting part of city. Just off main roads so was quite. A great base to get organised for our trip back home. The young man at the desk was very helpful and swapped our Vietnamese Sim cards back to our NZ Sims and organised a car to the airport. If we came back to Hanoi would certainly look to stay here again.

Cons:

For what we wanted had no complaints.

Room good for one person but cooling take long time as AC not good.
Pros:

We like location but breakfast we have to go in different hotel outside.

Cons:

There are no windows as advertised while booking hotel. It shows good views outside, but no windows. We very upset.

Pros:

The location is great. Slightly off the busy roads. Easy walking to everything in the old quarter. Angela and her staff were great. Very helpful and always with a smile. The room was of a good size and having a balcony was an added bonus.

Plus qu’agréable. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
Pros:

De l’accueil au départ le personnel a été au petit soin. La veilleuse de nuit particulièrement attentive à notre bien être. Pleine de bienveillance et souriante. La literie est parfaite et les chambres sont propres.

Peu être le petit déjeuner à prendre à distance dans un autre hôtel

Super emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement proche du lac hoak kiem . Et des autres lieux touristiques. Très central. Bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner servi dans un autre hôtel , mais c'est pas vraiment dérangeant mais faut le savoir

Good location, friendly, helpful and English speaking staff
Pros:

It was fine. it was in a nice cultural area with plenty of cafes nearby. Most staff spoke good English. and were extremely helpful. Angela even gave me a birthday card. I enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

This hotel was in the perfect location! Walking distance from all places in the Old Quarter, but quiet on a side street. All staff we interacted with were incredibly helpful!

Cons:

This property is a little dated, but was comfortable for a few days stay.

Location is off Main Street but still on main area. The alleyway has amazing shops and vendors. Local iced tea and beers 2 shops away! The vibe is chill yet amazing location

The location was great! Staff were helpful

Cons:

There is no POWER BACKUP !!! there was a 2 hour power cut during our stay and it was too hot in the afternoon with no AC, no fan! we were on the 5th floor and the elevator didnt work. What a disaster ! Never recommend

Staffs were very friendly, close to many good places like train street.
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to train street and many streets food. I liked the balcony that I can see local people doing the things like washing motorcycles, cooking meat.

Cons:

Bit dated but I felt Vietnamese characters.
charging points were behind the small cupboard.
Breakfast we had to go to another hotel which is two minutes walk so ok.
