Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel

The hotel has a prime location, it's one of the best hotel in the city. It is located in close proximity to Hoan Kiem Lake, which I understand is regarded as the heart of Hanoi with the Water Puppet Theater nearby. The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers a satisfactory breakfast. Giang and Huong are courteous and always willing to assist guests with any inquires or requests. i be back here in the upcoming trip back to Ha Noi.

Introduced us the places to go with their own map. Rooms are clean and neat. They even have a place for free breakfast open every morning..
At night, I was having headaches and wanted to go formassage. Check with staff, and ber introduced me their exclusive SPA massage shop. The best thing was the staff helped made appointment and brought me to the SPA massage shop to prevent me lost the way. The massage was damn good and luxury, importantly with low spending. WORTHI!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, we thoroughly recommend staying here if you want to be right in the middle of the old quarter, it's very accessible to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the undoubted highlight is the really friendly and helpful staff.) Special mention to Jasmine, who we loved.)

Wonderful hotel and fantastic staff. We stayed here for 5 days and we had a wonderful stay.
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was more than reasonable. We are especially thankful to Jasmine and Angela, who took care of us throughout our stay. We will for sure return back to this hotel whenever we come back to Hanoi.

The people are so nice and they know your needs. Constant smiles and good service, it is like being with family. Good breakfast, easy and with a good variety of western and vietnamese. You may walk to all major atractions in town, its is like being in the center of the action.

Location was great and the lady on reception spoke amazing English and helped show us where everything was on a map

My son and I had an amazing time in Hanoi and was especially impressed by the hospitality and staff at Hotel Lotus Boutique- especially Jasmine who was completely fluent in English.

The staff was very helpful; the accommodations were clean and; Jasmine and Angela and staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The localization of the hotel was very convenient! The bellboys. We're helpful and drove some places. I highly recommend Lotus Boutique hotel! I will miss everybody!!!

Good location, central to everything, good size rooms, very friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Hanoi and reach nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The large window in our room was a lovely touch and made the room feel bright and spacious.

A great hotel in a very convenient location. The staff were professional, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. I really enjoyed having such a large window in the room, which provided plenty of natural light. Everything was comfortable and well organized.

Everything was super clean and the stuff was really friendly. We could store our luggage without any problems prior check in and after check out.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Great location, interesting part of city. Just off main roads so was quite. A great base to get organised for our trip back home. The young man at the desk was very helpful and swapped our Vietnamese Sim cards back to our NZ Sims and organised a car to the airport. If we came back to Hanoi would certainly look to stay here again.
