The hotel provided a great balance of comfort and convenience. My room was quiet, clean, and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and / slept well every night.
The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Matig, niet voor herhaling vatbaar

De ligging was erg goed, samen met de prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Cons:

Ontvangst aan de receptie was erg kortaf, en men vroeg om het paspoort te zien ivm visum. Maar keek daar niet naar, en maakte gelijk foto's van de paspoorten, terwijl we duidelijk hadden aangegeven dat we dat niet wilde. Verder was deze dame ronduit onvriendelijk.
Het ontbijt viel erg tegen, het bestond uit 3 sneden wit brood, gekookt ei en een banaan

Good location and good facilities
Pros:

Room was lovely and big, and I loved that the shower had a cubicle because this is rare in Vietnam! Bed was comfortable. The lady checking me in was super lovely, allowed me to check in early as I’d moved hotels and gave me recommendations for where I can find things. Location is a short walk from the old quarter too.

Cons:

The thing that let this down for me was the curtains let so much light in from around the fitting that I woke super early in the morning and struggled to sleep again.
