Loved the location and the staff at the sister hotel were the best

The location is convenient and the staffs are helpful and polite. The rooms are clean as well. Nice place to stay.

Lovely stay - clean room/bathroom and really comfortable beds. The staff couldn’t do enough to help: they were able to let me in at 5am to leave my luggage before check in and also looked after it after check out. They booked a car to the airport for me and being given a drink while I waited was a nice touch. There is a great choice of food at breakfast.

The manager Ms Angela is very helpful, she arranged for me Halong bay tour with good price. Unfortunately when i came back from the tour i could not find her to arrange for me the trip to Ninh Binh so i promised to come back next time to do it.
Hotel room is clean and less noisy than i expected. The location is in the center, very busy street everyday.

Regarding transportation, you can contact the hotel staff to book an airport shuttle at a reasonable price, the staff and management are very enthusiastic to help.

Muy centrico y las camas y almohadas muy comodas. El aseo genial. En una de nuestras estancias la habitación cuando llegamos tenía un recale sobre la mesilla y nos cambiaron de habitacion. El desayuno se servia en un hotel muy cerca

The place is great and very clean. They also have a free breakfast buffet which is good. All the staff is very friendly and hospitable. Thank you also to Ms. Jasmine for the great recommendation for food and where to shop. We had a very great time and experience in hanoi and this Hotel.

Service at the hotel has been absolutely outstanding. The rooms are very clean and they are a great location to visit Hanoi. They also have a very nice buffet breakfast with some cooked to order items and the people in the staff in the breakfast area are awesome Kong and Winn We’re both absolutely amazing. The front desk staff, including the manager Have been nothing but fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The hotel is on a wide street, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Jasmine is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious and offers many choices.

Wonderful hotel and fantastic staff. We stayed here for 5 days and we had a wonderful stay.
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was more than reasonable. We are especially thankful to Jasmine and Angela, who took care of us throughout our stay. We will for sure return back to this hotel whenever we come back to Hanoi.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, we thoroughly recommend staying here if you want to be right in the middle of the old quarter, it's very accessible to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the undoubted highlight is the really friendly and helpful staff.) Special mention to Jasmine, who we loved.)
