La piscina és perfecta, les vistes espectaculars i el llit bastant còmode

Cons:

Vam trobar pèls al lavabo que no eren nostres, i dues taques a la tovallola de la dutxa. La piscina tanca a les ¡¡7 de la tarda!!, en ple sol, és estranyíssim.

Jól éreztük magunkat. Minden rendben volt.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves személyzet. Pár perc séta a belváros.

Cons:

Kicsit retró, egy kis felújítás ráférne a szállodára de akkor gondolom nem ennyi lenne az ára.

Very disappointed and surprised after staying for one night. Having saw previous review scores we felt confident. Sadly

The pool area and staff were very nice. Location was good for what we needed.

Cons:

Cleanliness was very poor, breakfast was very poor, air con didn’t work. Not hot water in morning.

Faired well for a short stay
Pros:

The staff is very helpful and welcoming, even with my very late evening check in. I appreciated their warm greetings. The location was not ideal for my short stay, but it was clean - a few things needed repair (door frame and bathroom shower doors were extremely hard to open and shut), but it was mostly clean (the shower floor was questionable) and quiet. Breakfast was nice and I was thankful for easy & close parking. The address on Hotels.com is wrong, I got lost getting there. Take the address from their website.

Frühstück wenig Auswahl an Wurst, Käse und Kuchen, immer das gleiche. Brot nicht frisch und unförmig geschnitten. Auf verlangen kein Kakao. Kaffee könnte besser sein.
Sehr ruhige Lage und alles sehr sauber.

Excellent position and views and great value for money.
Pros:

This was our third year at Palatino so we knew what to expect which is excellent value for money with a clean and comfortable room and great staff.

Cons:

The pool went a bit murky during the last few days of our stay which made us a little reluctant to go in.

Sad to see this lovely hotel falling in to a state of disrepair !!
Pros:

We really like the location of the palatino , it sits on a small hill and we always go for sea view rooms , which are exactly that a brilliant view, the staff at the hotel work really hard and are lovely people , pool is a lovely size and fairly well maintained .

Cons:

This is our third year staying at palatino and unfortunately our last (for now at least ) it has run in to a state of disrepair! so many things were breaking whilst we were there , for instance the fridge at the pool bar broke down at the end of last season and was still sat there broken , as a result you were not always guaranteed cold drinks , the bottled water was warm 😒the sun bed cushions that were new last year were absolutely disgusting , I would only sit on them with a towel on them , breakfast is very very poor , very limited choice and the only fruit was watermelon it really has gone downhill , chairs that you sit on at the bar and dining room are falling apart and again the chairs at the pool bar are filthy , in the 5 days that we stayed there we didn’t see the bar or pool area washed down at all , lots of dirty stains all over the place , I could go on forever and it really is a shame as it could be a brilliant hotel , the only saving grace are the staff , very warm friendly people who work so hard to keep this place going .

Gode senger, strenge ang basseng.
Pros:

Var en uke der pga ferie/bryllup, veldig fornøyd med personalet og senga var veldig myk!
Eneste minus, at de var veldig streng angående basseng. Veldig kort åpningstid (stengte kl 19) selvom det fortsatt var 30 grader varmt.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good with a big variety. The beds were super comfy and the rooms very clean, the pool was very clean.

Cons:

We had some very noisy people who kept us awake at night. But the hotel along with the rep removed them from the hotel so the situation was dealt with appropriately.
