Lovely rooms, spacious, modern and very comfy beds

Nem sei por onde começar essa experiência desastrosa.... primeiro que um homem me molestou enqnt eu estava usando o banheiro proximo a recepção. Ele simplesmente viu que eu estava no banheiro e entrou mesmo assim em uma cabine individual que eu estava usando, sendo que tinha outro banheiro livre para ele. Avisei a recepcao que nao fez absolutamente nada. Pedimos para que servissem o cafe da manha as 4:30 porque nos foi ofertado e nao tinha cafe da manha para nós. Nao recomendo principalmente para mulheres, nao é um local seguro para mulheres sozinhas e nao recomendo para quem espera uma experiência premium. Estou no chile desde o dia 10 e esse foi o pior de todos. O ar condicionado do quarto nao funciona e o chao do banheiro precisa de reforma.
Beautiful building, charming, excellent location.
Wonderful stay at Luciano K. The room was very comfortable and big, with a lovely view of the park. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. I loved the design and history the building (first elevator in Santiago!), and the location was great, with an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and attractions. Highly recommended!

Es un hotel con encanto y con muy buena ubicación. La terraza para tomar algo tarde/noche es muy agradable. Además aunque teníamos que salir pronto nos dejaron preparado el desayuno.
Lovely little hotel in very convenient location . Easy walking distance to some of Santiago’s main attractions.

És un hotel molt cèntric, l'habitació és molt maca, gran, molt neta i còmode. Hi vam estar molt a gust. El personal de l'hotel també és molt amable i atent en tot moment. A dalt hi ha una terrassa amb un bar on pots prendre alguna cosa o sopar, que també s'hi està molt bé. L'esmorzar és bo i variat. També hi ha una sauna que has de reservar però que pots tenir per tu sol.

The staff are kind and speak good English. The breakfast buffet has a great selection. Although the property is on a busy road it is a short walk to nice areas like Lastarria and Barrio Italia. There was a lift, the room had double glazing and a very comfy bed.
The air conditioning was not working during our stay and the hot water was off for one day during our stay.
The staff were exceptional. We got our time zones mixed up and arrived one day early. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
The front of the hotel could do with a paint job.
Palazzo retrò affascinante, letto molto comodo, pulizia, terrazza con bar molto fornito, ottima colazione, posizione perfetta per uscire la sera a piedi nella zona pedonale di Lastarria e nella zona di Bellavista, ma anche per visitare (di giorno) il centro storico
