Pros:

Very interesting design by Luciano Kulczewski, Gaudi of Chile, an incredible Chilean architect with Polish roots. The preservation of architectural details including staircase and elevators makes it unique in the world. (Someone complained in their review that the elevator that it is old (haha!); there is a regular modern one a few steps down the hall). Views from the rooftop and from the front rooms are great. Great location and in a quiet place. You can see green parrots on the trees in the front of the hotel.

The Luciano K is a fantastic Hotel with the most friendly staff ever
Pros:

The staff at this Hotel are the friendliest and nicest I have ever met in any Hotel. The hotel has a quirky art Deco vibe and is an oasis of calm in the downtown area. Breakfast was fantastic and when we had a very early morning tour when we asked they offered us a takeaway breakfast for the next morning.

Cons:

Nothing really rooms a not overly large but there very quite at night due to the effective double glazing.

A Santiago gem.
Pros:

Very happy with staying at this hotel. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop bar is a great place for a drink/meal. Location can't be beat.

Great location in boutique hotel
Pros:

Art deco lovers dream!
Pros:

An art deco fans dream! The building is stunning, the restored art deco features including the elevator are amazing. Fabulous location close to great restaurants and an easy walk to the Funiculars. The staff at the rooftop bar and restaurant are fantastic.

Breakfast is super generous and delicious! We had dinner at the rooftop hotel that was brilliant. I miss sopaipillas so much!

Cons:

The shower over bath can be tricky to navigate with short legs! But it's gorgeous.
