all in all it was comfortable and the location was very good
Pros:

The room was good, the bathroom had just an opaque glass toward the room which was not good, there should also have been a curtain there as youcould actually see the person showering.

Great 4 star hotel in NOMAD
Pros:

The property is in a great location in Chelsea. 27th street is relatively quiet plus half of the guest rooms are on the rear side of the building where there is no immediate street, just lower buildings. The rooms are larger than surrounding hotels of the same category I’ve experienced. They are elegantly appointed and comfortable

Cons:

Depending on the day, the rates can be expensive

I really enjoyed the stay! And it was very convenient for my solo trip.
Pros:

I really liked the hotel, new and modern. The room and bed very comfortable, everything was very clean. Water and other drinks were included. The location is great, with a subway station very close to the hotel.

Cons:

Although the street and that specific block are quiet, being on the 4th floor meant that sometimes you could hear a lot of outside noise, especially early in the morning.

Great stay, will definitely return.
Pros:

Great location, great staff and a wonderful vibe. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Attached restaurant/bar held a private function one evening which prevented hotel guests access.

Good stay but I would prefer another neighborhood for a family stay
Pros:

Nice bathroom and beds.

Cons:

The noise at 7am from the terrace in the adjacent building on a Sunday morning, doing renovations! We called the reception and they knew nothing about it and didn’t offer any help. Sad. Also the sofa bed for our kids was of bad quality and some towels needed to be replaced, too worn.

Schönes Hotel mit einzelnen Einschränkungen (Zimmerwunsch und Check-out)
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Schönes Restaurant mit super Frühstück. Zimmer war groß und gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Zimmerwunsch wurde nicht erfüllt (zweites Zimmer andere Etage), beim Check-out wurde Late Check-out zwar zugesagt, dann aber diese Zusage wieder vergessen, Zimmerkarte funktionierte schon vor der Check-out Zeit nicht mehr und das macht das Hotel immer so wurde uns auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gesagt
