Oasis in a grubby area
Pros:

The room was cleaned spotlessly every day. The room was very quiet. With the windows closed there was no sound from the busy road outside and no noise from adjoining rooms. The mattress was softer than I like, but I slept well in it. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The shower over the bath was very difficult to control the heat, and there was a pathetically narrow glass water shield, which also leaked at the bottom, so the floor got very wet.

Le personnel à l’accueil : gentil, serviable
Ménage bien fait, linge de toilette changé régulièrement

Cons:

Chambre trop petite, produits dans la salle de bain minimaliste.
Petit déjeuner très décevant pour un 4 étoiles: pain de mie ou petits pains réchauffés, viennoiseries trop sucrées,fromage quasi inexistant, jus de fruit coupé avec de l’eau

Nice location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Loved the location of the property. Just a few minutes from the Centro Storico, but also far enough where it is easy to drive into the area without getting into crazy traffic. It is close to the port and about 5-10 minute walk from the Duomo metro that can take you all around town.

The hotel was good but far from the action and parking is an issue
Pros:

The hotel is at the far end of the strip. We had to walk a good distance to get to the action part of Naples. The breakfast was good. The hotel and staff were helpful.

Cons:

Parking is an issue. You need to book a garage at the same time you are booking a hotel. The garage we kept our car was not open in the morning when we needed it and so we had to rent another car for that day to keep to our scheduled excursion.
