Cannot wait to return to this absolutely wonderful hotel.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the property. The rooms were nice and had very comfortable beds. The property has free bike rentals, yoga in the morning, and of course the beach access was great. The meals for breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our every need. Carlos and Jirberto were especially exceptional.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have additional seating by the pool, but with the beach, that’s not a big deal. Do be prepared that there is a lot of seaweed on the beach in June which makes the ocean inaccessible.

Wonderful location in downtown party district of Tulum. Beautiful boutique hotel with charm and great customer service.
Pros:

Very cute boutique hotel. It’s quaint, charming with all the essentials you need. I love love love to walk out of my room into the sugar sand.

Cons:

No personal alcohol is allowed. But they do have a complete restaurant and bar.

Pros:

Wir sind mit einem Mietwagen angereist und konnten diesen während unseres Aufenthalts auf der kostenlosen Parkfläche am Hotel unterbringen. Da die Autos dort voreinander geparkt werden, ist es wichtig rechtzeitig Bescheid zu geben, wenn man das Auto benötigt. Es wird einem dann zum verabredeten Zeitpunkt zum Hoteleingang gefahren. Also alles problemlos.

Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Sei es an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant. Das Frühstück dort ist à la carte - die nur wenigen zur Auswahl stehenden Menüs haben uns in fünf Tagen Aufenthalt dennoch mehr als zufrieden gestellt. Es ist alles sehr sehr lecker! Tatsächlich für Europäer ungewohnt ist, dass auch beim gebuchten Hotelfrühstück Trinkgeld abgefragt/erwartet wird. Das ist in Mexiko jedoch normal und war somit für uns kein Problem, nur beim ersten mal eben überraschend.

In den Bewertungen wird teilweise von störender Musik eines angrenzenden Beach-Clubs berichtet. Das ist uns jedoch nicht aufgefallen. Wir waren allerdings auch im April und somit zur Nebensaison dort.

Magical beach home away from home
Pros:

I love the ambience, the settings and the staff that make is very special place. It is really a boutique luxury - quiet and private while it feels like beautiful beach home from home. Everybody made our stay very special, from the incredible spa experience, reception team and just the loveliest team in the bar & restaurant looking after us. I will be back again !

Insonorisation de la chambre à repenser ( baies vitrées et du vent en hauteur ) . La zone hôtelière est beaucoup trop chargée en hôtel boutiques , loin de l’esprit zen du Yucatán dans la rue de l’hôtel avec des prix Trop élevés

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Direkt am Strand bietet die Anlage Ruhe und Entspannung. Sogar kostenlose Yoga Stunden waren inbegriffen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Man kann sich außerdem kostenlos Räder ausleihen und ist in 20 min in Tulum Stadt.

Pros:

Un accueil chaleureux (cocktail de bienvenue à choisir sur la carte offert dès votre arrivée) , le personnel souriant et serviable. Que ce soit à l’accueil, sur la plage, au restaurant et au petit déjeuner rien à dire tout était parfait. Un voiturier s’occupe de votre voiture.
Très bon petit déjeuner avec différentes formules en fonction de vos goûts.

L’hôtel est bien situé à Proximité des points de rdv pour les excursions, des supermarchés, restaurants à même pas 2/3 min à pieds.

La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle et très bien décorée.

Cons:

RAS tout était parfait. Si je dois relever juste un détail ça serait peut être le soir le bruit des Beach club voisin mais avec les fenêtres bien fermées on entend moins.
