Accueil très sympatique, petit dejeuner sucré salé copieux, l’accès à la piscine depuis la chambre est très agréable. La réceptionniste très gentille a reservé une excursion pour nous et nous a remis une breakfast box car départ matinal, possibilité de reserver les transferts en ferry ou speed boat avec ramssage à l’hôtel. Laverie, supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds. Par contre un rafraîchissement serait à prevoir ainsi que le nettoyage des rideaux blancs.

A bit of TLC required. Pool needs repairing lots of damage. No hot water so the maintenance man came and banged it with a hammer.

Det positiva:Stora rum med bekväma sängar. Härligt att kunna kliva rakt ut i poolen som är fin ren om än lite sliten. Ok frukost, lugnt och skön stämning på hotellet. Bra med kylskåp och nya vattenflaskor varje dag. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra med gym.
Negativt: Bodde här 2019, stor försämring, fick byta rum pga av mögel doft. Nya rummet hade ändå mögel fläckar i taket på gardinerna som det fattades hängare även på tygskärmarna på lamporna var det mögel. Rent på det ytliga men fullt med damm bakom tv:n och på dörrar och hörn i rummet. Dåliga lås på rummets dörr som fick bytas ut. Saftyboxen satt ej fast så det fick vi också säga till om. Stopp flera gg i toaletten och varmvattnet funkade sisådär. De borde ha fler shutle turer om dagen till centrum och stranden. Med små enkla medel kan hotellet fräschas upp, som ex ta ned och tvätta gardiner lite oftare, samt tvätta bort möggelfläckar för att gästen inte ska känna sig obekväm.

Thank you for nicely sharing cozy space and comfort sleeping, Staff are friendly and good take care. The Room was clean and well equipped the balcony is a nice bonus. And great value the money. The pool is amazing for kids and family. Next time we’ll be back. xoxoxo

Management lack any consideration for there guests and only worry about their bottom dollar I had no joy with this management team of this hotel

A little bit disappointed.
Last year we stayed here and it was absolutely amazing.
This year it wasn’t so great.
The pool is perfect and I can’t fault that part, it was clean and perfect temp.
The hotel is getting shabby. Tiles are loose, curtains are quite mouldy in patches, some of the towels are frayed and the while place definitely needs a good paint and maintenance regarding tiles and plastering.
The biggest problem is the parties at night.
The hotel is peaceful during the day and then in the evenings a huge crowd will check in for some sort of organised party and there’s loud music blaring until the wee hours of the morning. Not great if you’re a light sleeper and have come for a nice break. We stayed for a week because we loved it so much last year but a week is a long time when there’s a party most nights.
The breakfast isn’t great. The fresh made omelettes are lovely but the “hot” buffet is cold. Cold pancakes, cold hash browns and most of the hot buffet is leftover food from the evening before (or so it seems)
There’s a smell of sewage under the breakfast room window so avoid a seat at the window as it’s quite off putting.
The staff are absolutely lovely, the cleaners are so hard working too and left our room immaculate. It’s mostly the late night noise that’s a problem.
I would say a day or 2 here is fine but any longer and you’d get a bit sick of the late night parties.
It’s ideal for a cheap b&b for a few days. I suppose you get what you pay for.

A resort that is slightly tired now, the wifi is abysmal, and the included breakfast is fine if you like cold eggs and boiled ham as part of the offering… at to this the complete and total disregard for guests. Phu Beach Resort decided that it would host a staff only party that went on til close to midnight with kids jumping in the pool - hotel staff children - at 10pm. Guests are only allowed in pool til 9pm, so not a good management decision.

The resort is in need of a complete overhaul, the staff are friendly but not like many other hotels in Thailand. More of an attitude of get the minimum done for guests. For example - complaining about the staff having a late party while guests are suppose to be sleeping or just enjoying their peaceful holiday, we were met with - Sorry but it won’t go on too late, not midnight … Not really the point,. Guests are suppose to be top of mind, not staff enjoying a party - they should have held the staff party elsewhere

The hotell is very run down. Needs an upgrade. The shower was full of what looked like black muld. The "gym" was horrible, and the AC in there did not work.
Service and staff was very sweet, but that does not make up for tje overall poor shape of the place. Would not stay here again.

I am sorry to say this was the worst hotel we stayed in during our 3 week visit to Thailand. There were a couple of positives which included lovely staff and a free bus service to and from the beach and the walk in pool which was great to cool off in this is where it ends!
The bathroom smelt terrible, there shower was freezing cold, towels were so old and had holes in them. The hotel really needs a face lift and was looking very dated with paint flaking off, damage to railing around the pool.
Breakfast was the worst, we watched the cook clean the omelet pan with his nails 🤢, none of the vegetables that went in to the omelets had a cover over them so they were covered in flies. Watched them remove ants from the bread and then put it back out (after wiping the ants off the table.) this meant we had breakfast in Krabi. Should have taken more photos but would definitely not recommend this hotel, book one next to the beach!

The pool was amazing! The bed was very comfortable…would definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd time staying at Phu beach hotel and we are happy with the hotel service. Highly recommended for any guests.

This hotel Could be amazing but needs. Good
Scrub, pool grubby as was our bathroom. This
Could be resolved with a little extra cleaning. Bathroom hd mould and dirt that could be easily cleaned. Pool Was great but also needs a scrub. Towels old and net curtains on wi does mouldy, once again this could be sorted with a wash.
Such a shame as it could be a Lovely hotel !

there were slight problems due to the virus shutdown. For instance we were told at the Front Desk that the Gym was open but it wasn't. Slight confusion over this. Much better to be clear and say upfront it is not open. Breakfast. I was quite clear telling to staff what I wanted - and no matter what I wanted - a huge breakfast kept on appearing. What a waste of food. It was good food but not what was ordered.

Clean and well maintained, the pool access was a plus point! However the water pressure is very disappointing

completely unhelpful staff. no indian food. discrimination for Indians. they greet basis your nationality, during breakfast they add sweat to your eggs, everything that you ask from them they say No, cant help !

worst hospitality! torn towels! children wanted a glass of water they said NO, CANNOT ! ac was not working, it took them 4 hours to repair it
