Pros:

The staff was friendly, but was unable to help us, because of company policy
The included breakfast was okay

Cons:

The hotel has only 2 stars not 4 like advertised on Booking.com
There was no soap for hand wash, in the entire hotel
The sink was cracked and leaking
The shower overflows into the entire bathroom
There are no bidet faucets in the entire hotel
The bathroom was also a bit smelly.
When we arrived the AC was not working, luckily they were able to fix it in few minutes
